Bad customer service and lack of knowledge about their products! Went into the store for a particular product and was told they didnt have it. So I settled for substitute which was more expensive. As I was walking out I saw the product I had asked for, so I asked to exchange it and was told because I used a credit card they wouldnt exchange or return it. The only option offered to me was to take the lesser priced product without getting the difference in money back. I felt it was bad customer service to not allow me to exchange my item for what I initially had asked for and shady to be unwilling to give me my money back for the item or the difference in the cost of item. To add injury to insult it was Xmas eve so youd think they would be accommodating. I dont care for feeling like Im getting over on, which I definitely felt was the case. I wouldnt recommend this store when there are plenty more stores within close proximity with better customer service, return and exchange policies, and knowledge of they products.
