Im so confused at any bad reviews of this place. Floor and Decors service is PHENOMENAL. I started a reno earlier this month and decided to look here for flooring. Literally every associate that saw me asked if I needed help. Ive been back to the store a million times after that changing out things a bunch of times, taking ALL day to make a decision, etc., and each time theyve been nothing but courteous. One sales associate stayed with me and my fiance for 2 HOURS! He never complained, and looked at me crazy when I tried to lift a box of tiles by myself, and quickly reminded me that hed do all the work. I think at this point I could be well aware that I could get a tile at Lowes for cheaper and Im still going to Floor and Decor. But the crazy part is Id be willing to bet this place is always cheaper, too. And not to mention their selection is incredible. This has been one of my best shopping experiences, hands down. If they sell it and I need it, Im going here...period.

Called this store on October 6. Gave them the SKU # and was told they have a few in stock. I asked if they can hold a couple for me. The rep said no but they will have them when I get there. October 7th........drove 1 hour to this location, heavily pregnant......to be told that they dont have them. I expressed that I was upset, as I was told that they have them and I drove all the way from Snellville. The rep was so rude to look at me and tell me "well I cannot grow one". I said I know he cant grow one, but I should at least be given the correct info. He walked away. I walked out in tears. Now another hour drive home empty handed.... Extremely terrible customer service from Floor and Decor in general, especially after spending $15k at F&D in 1 month. I will never return to F&D....especially Roswell.

Carlos Vasquez approached me in your store on 6-14-17.. An employee recommended him in your store on that day, so I hired him. He took two checks for tile purchace $1250.00 and never came back! I would NEVER had hired him if I had not gotten a great review from your in store employee! So far April from your store is giving me the run around, and no one is following up with me after daily calls to your company. Carlos has also scammed another customer per Home Advisor review. Floor and Decor needs to protect their customers shopping in their stores (from predators like Carlos) looking to rip them off!

This was our 4th time at this store, weve had a hard time figuring out what flooring product to go with, until now. My husband and I were helped by Hasan, who spent almost 1.5 hours with us, explained every option available to us, which was 6 or 7 hours, he is knowledgeable in every aspect of flooring, very professional and extremely courteous young gentleman. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help deciding what product to go with or simple wants to know more more and we are grateful to him for educating us and making our decision so much easier.

I am a builder and regular customer of Roswell Floor and Decor. On multiple occasions manager Edgar has encouraged me NOT to buy from the store. My clients are very specific about what they want, and many times want to hand select pieces of travertine, slate, etc.. Edgar has stopped me in front of clients and told me that I cant choose what i buy. I argued that its much better customer service to allow me to choose, than to return broken, discolored or unattractive pieces. He simply didnt care.

As a tile contractor, the only reason to go here is for installation materials. The tile is, to put it nicely, trash. It is not good quality tile. In plain terms, it is factory seconds. Irregular, chipped, pitted, terrible quality tile. I would never recommend purchasing tile or natural stone from here if you want a quality product. They carry Schluter and Mapei installation products which are top quality which is the only reason I dont give them 1 star.

Called several times and no answer from anyone during normal business hours. The phone just rang and rang, finally decided to go in and speak to someone about the material that I needed to do a project. I was very surprised, and felt that i had waisted a lot of my time trying to give this company a benefit of the doubt. I will continue to voice my opinion and try to get in touch with corporate about this experience so that maybe they can try to fix it.

As a contractor I value places with great customer service above almost everything else. Floor and Decor has one of the best customer service experience of any flooring store in the local area. The great prices are almost secondary to the service provided by the staff. If you have a question dont hesitate to ask anyone you see walking around. Unlike some of the big box stores in the area, everyone is knowledgeable about the product they offer.

Victoria Tucker Interiors: Hard to find help in the store, good selection, pricing comparable to big box stores. Had a poor experience with the supervisors on site while trying to return a glass blade for a saw. Thankful to corporate and/or store manager for making it right at a later date. Advice: Select your materials, but allow your pro, designer, or installer to purchase everything needed.

After a few trips to the store, we ended up buying $5000 worth of tile and installation products. Everyone at the store was very friendly and helpful. Huge selection, Great prices. Ben from warehouse and Josh from supplies were very helpful as well as the management we dealt with. Only drawback was when trying to call, very long wait times.

Had 2 great trips here. Customer service has been excellent both times. Jim spent a good 30 minutes with us going over different natural materials and their pros/cons. Good selection and organization of tile, much better experience in all ways than at their store off the 85 expressway. Much cheaper than the tile shop. Check it out!

Customer service at this store is terrible!!! I came here with my parents to help them pick out tile for the bathroom. The employees are extremely rude and act irritated if they have to help you find something. Next time we will go to Home Depot, you can actually get help without an attitude there!

Been coming to this location for years and years. Literally everytime I come they somehow surprise me by having worse service than the time before. They have so many employees working but everytime I seem to have to do everything by myself. Cashiers are straight disrespectful and rude.

I walked in with a tile to match up, went to register to ask if I could bring my tile in,. The young lady at the register would not acknowledge me as she continued talking to another employee. After several minutes I had to interrupt them to ask the question. Totally rude.
