I was completely confused about pricing and location of all items when I walked in for the first time. I also felt as if i was being treated rudely by the staff. After I finally figured that out I was excited about the electronics room, but never got to make it to see the furniture. I know whe re to go next time. Pretty good deals.

I love to donate to Better Way because i support their mission. But the clothing in the store is not merchandised well. The jeans are not consistently sized, the tops are not separated by style or size. I end up leaving empty handed because I dont want to have to go everything to find what Im looking for.

For the type of "business" this place is Lisa was VERY rude for no reason. Probably because Im "young" in her eyes. But I really didnt appreciate her judgement. But the guys who helped load my stuff were very kind. Good thing I dont have to shop here often.

I have shopped there lots of times. I"very always been treated well. It is difficult to find the sizes sometimes, but considering it"sounds mostly run by volunteers, I think they do a great job. Good bargins, nice and clean stores.
