1 review in my life. This use to be my store up until I bought a new/used shaver and Mrs. Kim was calling me a liar that it wasnt already packed with hair and dirt. She then tells me she wouldnt give my 80 dollars back cause of her policy. Thats a shame considering you sold a infested shaver, and potentially could have been the reason one of my clients had a outbreak of any kind of disease or parasite. After hours go by she finally calls and tells me I can have my money back instead of a store credit. Now yesterday I went to get some more razor blades. Simple right! Well as easy as it was Mrs. Kim once again messed up an charged me 2 and im just finding out cause of the mobile alert. Mrs. Kim really needs help and to treat her employees better. They can run the shop great. But when Mrs. Kim is around stuff never goes right. I have filed a claim and will not be returning ever. Please check all products and accounts for double transactions cause I only received 1 receipt but my account shows it all!

I was a regular customer at this store but not anymore. I went in the store to purchase makeup items for a party. I was greeted by a nice young lady when I walked in the store. After picking up my items and in the process of checking out, I was greeted by the owner with a series of questions. Questions such as, " You had two concealers. What did you do with the other one? Did you put it back where you found it?". I was appalled that she was asking questions that accused me of theft and/or the assumption that I am contributing to the mess in her store(the store is already a mess with boxes everywhere on the floor & everything is packed tightly together). So my response was "I dont want anything" and I walked out. She will not receive another penny or any recommendations from me. Always remember if you make the customer uncomfortable, then you will lose the customers business.

Horrible horrible horrible. I have never in my life done a review but I had to in this case. No customer service what so ever. I called them letting them know they told me the WRONG INCH for crotchet hair I bought. Owner was very rude, yelled over me and did not offer me money back even though she was the one who gave me false information. I was a loyal customer. This is the only beauty supply store I would go to. I even would drive 20 min just to get there. Asked the owner if I could speak with the black girl who also helped me and works there and she yelled at me asking "what do you want me to do" smh. You lost a loyal customer. I hope you go out of business. I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to shop there.

Money is green but customer service is everything. Ladies if you are ready to lose money this is the place to go. I have shopped here for several years, even referred other customers. Purcahsed what was supposedly Virgin- Brazillian wig; paid good money. Within a month I shampooed the wig, boof!!! Bought it in Feb had to throw it in the trash in June. It was never the same; even used products they referred. Ok maybe it was a bad batch or something but these people didnt want to work with me at ALL!!!. Once they get your money, good luck! No returns!! No refunds!! Its all good but you dont treat people that way!! I pray you have much success but you lost a very good customer!

This is my go-to beauty supply! The owners are VERY nice and always willing to assist with anything. Its always well stocked and organized. My only issue would be the prices of the clothing. Its the same clothing found in many retail stores but sold for near double the price. I wanted to buy a cute dress from there but it was $30! I found the same one at Ross for $12. Its not a quality issue because clothing like that is all made the same. I know theyre trying to compete but they would get better sales if they lower the price. I still love them though, I just dont buy the clothes.

@Liyah Farrow: We apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced. I told you that the hair was around 20 inches and then one of my workers looked it up and told you that on the companys website, it stated that the crochet braids were in fact, 20 inches. You bought two packs and left. When you called our store later on that evening, you called yelling and cursing at me and despite this, I offered you a full refund, even given the fact that you opened the package of hair.

I go here all of the time and never have a problem. They literally have EVERYTHING in this store. I love it! The staff is great and always polite. The woman who owns it is very sweet and makes it her business to help u when u need it. This is the best beauty supply I have ever been to cuz hunny they got it all!!! lol I switch up my hairstyles consistently lol They know what I like!

Whoever thinks the customer service is bad, the problem is you! These are the nicest people with the kindest hearts! The store is well stocked, organized and the staff always assists with a smile. If I had to name a problem it would be that they dont open on time. Theyre supposed to open at 9:30am and Ive sat in my car waiting for up to 15 minutes for them to open.

Normally love this place. Great customer service, nice atmosphere, good product variety and reasonable prices. The 2 rating is because they need to change their hours. Im waiting outside on a Friday and its 9:35 am. Google and store hours state that they open at 9:00 am on Fridays. I have 10:35 am appointment. Dont come to this place early.

When I tell u she has everything you need...I normally shop In Alanta because cobb doesnt have good hair and quality prices..Its like they took an Atlanta Beauty Supply store and put it in the Middle of Cobb county..nice customer service and not following u around the store like.u are gonna take something
