This place was a disappointment. I talked to their very unfriendly staff at least three times on the phone to be sure they have what I need for the price quoted before making this long trip to their establishment. Of course, I would have problems when I get there after an hour drive. I walked in only to feel like I am disturbing them. I received funny looks and did not even get acknowledged as a customer. I had to go up to a guy and say excuse me. When I was finally helped, the guy told me that the part I called several times about was $500 more than the price I was quoted each time on the phone. All of a sudden no one in the building had any recollection of ever speaking to me and quoting that price, nor did they apologize for my inconvenience or pretend to care that they had made a mistake. I will never give these ppl my business. They were extremely unprofessional

It wasnt convenient for me to be there. They are located in a small town. A little bit remote to me since I live in downtown Atlanta. But I am glad that I went there. They have a huge yard, many many cars. They were so nice to me. I was looking for Honda wheels and tires. They were the only one who told me the condition of the tires. When I arrived there, they even helped select the best tires for me. They also gave me the lug nuts for free. Not even that, when they heard that I was a student and have my wheels stolen, they even gave me a lock for free... Very touched. Money is not the only thing they pursue. They have very good hearts. These guys are very arrogant and unprofessional. When I walked in, it was almost like I was disturbing them, and no one ever asked if they could help me. When I did find the part I was looking for, on my own of course, their used price was more than what I eventually bought on eBay a week later that was NEW. Used parts are supposed to be cheaper. Not here. Its a junk yard for Gods sake! Ill never go there again. They dont care though, Im sure. How could one little guy affect that huge business? But they have one less customer, I guarantee you that.

These positive reviews are omars (owner) slick way of countering peoples honest review.All you have to do is go there to see that ga doesnt monitor its salvage yards. oil everywhere, pollution poring out of vehicles as they dismantle them,crooked counter people, they gave me wrong part twice and then said i could take a store credit for future purchase or i could just leave. dont even waste your time with these crooks

I called every auto part salvage in North Georgia and even Fagans in Alabama. Everyone was so rude to me except Noelle at Gray and White. She found me the exact parts I needed and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire buying process. Payment was easy with an invoice sent to my email and a PayPal type account. I will continue to use them for everything automotive I need in the future. Highly recommend them.

Classic Stories - "Yea we have the part" - 3 Days later "I Tried calling you, it was previously sold" - Never had a call or voicemail - Solid place to waste time and fall prey to simple Bait and Switch. Low intelligence employees. Jessica especially. This is a joke of a business. Ordered a part and they shipped it to the wrong junkyard, it was the wrong part, they tried to sell me the wrong item at a discount, and they eventually hung up on me.....after I gave them my credit card info. Dont waste your time

Didnt get what I was looking for but they did the best they could, thats what counts .. Its hotter than Hell out there and these folks are taking parts out for you. Show some respect! I got a tour of all the acres of vehicles, kudos to them and their hard working employees.

Called these guys hoping they had my part and they didnt. The representative spend 10 minutes on the phone with me trying to find the best part for the cheapest price elsewhere. Ended up buying the part I needed 15 minutes later for the cheapest price I have seen anywhere.

For those who complaint about this place go to the dealer and get a 5 star staff with free coffee and kids play room, this is a junk yard get what you need pay and leave. My transaction was fine, bought an engine paid and left... No kisses no hugs !!!
