They get the two stars for being very clean and nicely laid out unlike some other places Ive been to, but the customer service at the front end is ridiculous. I brought in an item to exchange, not realizing it had been so long since I had purchased it. It was no big deal, I wasnt upset over not being able to get a refund and at NO point did I get snippy or anything with the *3* people who were needed to assist me. One woman was very nice, but was only involved for a minute. The other two were downright ridiculous and borderline nasty. One actually said "30 days, 60 days, whatever! It wont let me put it in!" with some serious attitude after I just mentioned that the receipt said 30 days (when I finally found the information on there) when she had said 60. I was over regardless, so that really wasnt the point. Why get a nasty attitude? Ill go to the one off of Johnson Ferry even though its not as convenient. At least there, I know the people are professional even when its me that made the mistake.

I tried to return something with a receipt from another location way up Roswell Rd but Shaneka the so called manager wouldnt do it & told me to take it to that location. Well I ride the bus so thats way out of my way to do something like that! It was a $7 return & would cost me $5 in bus fair. I never been to a Walgreens with such rude management! Ill take my business to another location from now on!

Always bright and clean. The pharmacist Lindsey always has the biggest smile on her face and really nice at helping. My pregnant wife had to take some medicine and I had no idea what it was to give her and Lindsey answered all the questions I had. She is AWESOME

Will not let you carry a bag (as in your large purse) into the store. Nor will they put it behind the counter. Just want you to leave it at the front door without them having any liability. Ive never heard of such a thing.
