Except for the cashier lady with blonde hair and tan skin that has been there for a long time...she wears the false light colored eyelashes...I wish I knew her name...she is wonderful....except for her the place is like a trip into the twilight zone and hell. The deli is like watching a bad movie in slow motion. Six customers lined up holding their little numbers and one dufus back there taking his sweet time digging through the meat shelf looking for the right item like they have never looked into the bin before... while a brood of cackling hens are over by the sink washing their hands and talking up a storm and making sure not to make eye contact with the fuming customers then slink off through the door to hide out in the back till those pesty customers leave. Their produce is the worst! Rotten before you get it home. The people that work there ( aside from the one nice cashier ) are hateful asses that act like the customers are just a big imposition to them. There is always a "pack" of them standing around gossiping about another employee. They hate Wal-mart...we hate Wal-mart...I think Wal-mart is a vile place and I am always surprised when I am able to get throught the store and out of the parking lot without beating the $#!+ out of some stupid @$$#)!@. Do not even get me started on the fact that there is never enough cashiers open...who cares if we make the customers stand there for 15 minutes while their ice cream is melting all over the rotten produce they have in the cart...after all they are ONLY customers and we are trying to make a crap load of money off them...yep...who cares about the customer...Why do I shop there you ask...well the answer is, I do not anymore...I find that it is worth the few dollars more to shop at Publix...where shopping really is a pleasure!!!! Bye bye Hell-Mart

The night before school starts and I find out a friends daughter had no school clothes. I take her and she goes to try on clothes the dressing rooms are locked. I find a woman to ask her if she could help get someone with a key and she says " their locked". I was shocked for a sec. And then she told me nobody has a key you have to come back tomorrow. Mind you now its about 12:30 am. I instantly switched to PISSED OFF MODE !!!! So let me tell you how it went. Ill spell it out. Everybody that I asked I couldnt get any assistance what so ever but excuses. Oh except for the one white guy that helped me. OH YES I DID !!! Dont shop there late at night,most of the employees are there just hanging out waiting to punch the clock for break,lunch or just to leave. Wow did I see sooo many hours just being waisted. Have a great day !!!

Great prices and selection. On the HOME side (not the grocery side) I spent a lot of time circling and trying to find things. Few available associates and they really did not want to help. They do really need some new staff. I felt like I should bring in a megaphone and stand in the department where I needed help and yell help help help I need help until someone came. Im sure Walmart having some experience of the business can figure out how to make finding things easier and also they need someone to pretend theyre a customer and go around and evaluate the associates for enthusiasm. At least with Amazon I can find what I want. I really found a lot of things that I really wanted at very good prices but it was truly a painful experience

My wife and baby daughter were robbed in the parking lot the third summer the Vero SR 60 store was open. Security laughed, and said with glee the cameras were pointing the other direction. IRCSO was horrible, too, and later found the scumbag thieves in Sebastian Walmart buying big bbq grilles with my stolen card on working video. Sheriffs office smirked that the criminals were back in Miami, did nothing despite the video evidence. I got my concealed weapons permit immediately afterwords, and always carry hot if I have to go there. My family wont go near the filthy joint unless they have an armed escort. Good part of this Walmart is teaching my children street smarts in the parking lot, Vero Beach-style.

i mourn the loss of my beloved Kava Coffee -- the store no longer carries it, yet its the best instant coffee EVER. but after reading all the negative reviews, i was really surprised. ive always been treated very well at this store. i have trouble leaving my house for any reason, but my brief visits to Walmart are efficient. i am familiar enough with the stores layout to know exactly where the groceries are that i need, and thats all i want, and thats all i get. i also got a great can opener and light bulbs there. altogether a very useful store for me. p.s. if youre reading this, Walmart, please get ground pork and Kava Instant Coffee!

Went into the store for 4 items, got 3 of the items faster than a "sales associate" could show up to help me with my 4th item (ammo), tried going to the auto department so they could page anyone but no one showed up, after about 20 min of waiting another gentleman and myself just decided to leave. It really feels as if Walmart associates dont care and are just there to be there, aside from the fact that there is always an incredible line of customers and few cashiers, the cashiers that are there look like they wish they werent. Walmart really needs to do something about their customer service, its REALLY lacking.

Just witnessed a woman trying to ask one of the employees a question and the employee proceeded to walk the opposite direction while mumbling something while starring at her phone. The woman tried to talk louder so the employee could hear her but it was obvious she was being ignored. This isnt the first time Ive seen something like this at this location. Ill go back to Target across the street as i have been for years because its apparent that this Wal-Mart location lacks customer service or even the ability to acknowledge anyone.

When I shop at walmart, and I see the one lady that has been there for years, with the white long hair, long eye lashes, mostly see her at the cigarette aisle.. She makes my day at walmart. She keeps a smile on her face all day. I love seeing her there when I shop. She deserves the gold star for cashiers. Also the other lady that walks around stalking stuff, I believe her name is Tina, she is always happy to see me when Im there. She deserves a gold star for a smile on her face also.

Spent 40 min shopping, but spent and hour and a half in line to never even get there. There wasnt many people in the store but you only had two people on registers, the lines backed up to the clothing departments. I eventually left all of my food in the basket and walked out. my frozen food was already melted before I even had the opportunity to get to the register. Rediculous. Quit being greedy. Slowest place ever. Will not be shopping here ever again. January 1 2017
