I am so disappointed in Publix I cant help myself. My family have bought cakes from Publix for 40 years and never had a reason to complain. On Friday I ordered a cake for my 10 year old step son for his birthday. A very friendly young man took the order. We discussed balloons and white icing with red trim. Unfortunately, he only wrote the white icing and red trim so when I picked up the cake it looked like a Christmas decoration. I spoke to the bakery manager who said if I waited they would fix it. (Who has time to wait before a birthday party). I then spoke to the manager on duty who agreed it was awful and gave it to me half off. I thought that was it until we started cutting the cake and it literally fell into pieces when it was cut. It was only held together with the icing. It was dry and looked like a poorly put together puzzle that was either old or dropped. How embarrassing to serve that to friends and family. I believe more training and some common sense would have alleviated this issue. Publix I expect better from you!!

My concern- after a rain I was walking to my car in the parking lot- I slipped and fell on the blue painted line of a handicapped parking space. The painted line was as slippery as ice. Luckily I was just badly bruised- but I dont understand why they dont use a gravely, slip free type of paint for the lines. I dont want anyone else to have this awful experience.

I never enjoy going to the deli here. Always out of items...And very rude older lady behind the counter...Always feel as if Im putting her out by ordering anything... Sad its happened more than a few times...First Publix I ever felt this way about.

I normally love publix deli subs, but steer clear of this publix. They were understaffed, the bread was hard as a rock, even the fountain soda was bad.

We were treated like queens by ALL the employees at Publix 12th Street. I wont shop at any other grocery store no matter the enticements.

The place is always very well kept nice and clean. The staff is very helpful very good place to go pick up everything at once

Apparently Illegal to drive motorcycle inside store and do donuts in the bakery section, which I found ironic.
