Natt, the young man that helped me, was REALLY a big help should be promoted!! I could tell how he handled me and a lady that waited for him to help her. Knowable, polite, etc. A man with a well trimmed beard had helped me some inside BUT got tied up and Natt helped me. It should be noted that THIS store has shown this kind of attitude since they have been open (obviously there has been a few, very few, bumps over the years). I have told literally hundreds to go there even if driving past others - I do! I had planned on writing a letter about Natt but hope this helps.

This is the most unprofessional place I have been. I have the vehichle VIN and drawings to help explain what is needed. Get the wrong part for the vehicle not just once but several times. One return is so messed up it takes them 3 tries. When seeing the part that appears wrong we are told by what less than polite employee that it will work. After several tries Rock Auto send proper part. This store is doing Avanced Auto Parts a huge effort in chasing customors away.

We bought a car battery online and went to pick it up. It was raining and we were told they couldnt install it. Fair enough. We went out to jump the car because it wouldnt start and an employee came out and watched us for a minute and said it wasnt raining as badly as it had been so hed switch out the battery. I didnt get his name but I greatly appreciate him doing that for us. It made a stressful day so much better.

Love this place! I used their neat little digital device and was able to find the correct wipers for my car. One of the guys walked outside with me and popped the new ones on for me. They also put in new batteries for you. Saves time and money. Cost of battery goes up a lot if you go to a garage to have one replaced

Ive actually had very good service and assistance at this location. The store staff are always helpful, courteous, and seem knowledgeable to me (Im not a skilled mechanic by any means). Ive had several batteries installed here and bought a variety of parts and items.

Their expertise is immensely helpful, and they only hire qualified employees to do so. Unfortunately its a bit more expensive than purchasing online or through other retailers, but if you need a part now then theyre fantastic.
