Asked to special order a product, because the product they carry I dislike the scent so I merely asked for another scent, was told I had to put a $10 deposit over the phone or come into the store. 10$ deposit on an $8 product? Seriously the common sense on that one, finally convinced the woman on the phone to discuss it with her manager and call me back if they can do It without the deposit, was told if I dont receive a call it means she ordered it, I called back a couple hours later for confirmation and to make sure they call me when in store. A week and a half later I call and told by a rude woman that shes been ordering it twice daily but its not coming, thanks for the call and heads up. Then as Im asking questions she interupts me by saying "yea well you can call the company yourself and see if that will help Ive got some customers here Ive got to go" like Im not a customer??? Call her back within 5 minutes and told her why her order wasnt going through, (basically did her job) and then ordered new scents and told her to call me if something like that happened again so Im not waiting weeks . Finally called me today and left a voicemail "hello... hello.. somethings wrong with your phone if you get this we got your *product* and you can come pick it up" Wow this location needs a specific customer service class for thier employees ASAP!!! Ive spoken to 3 different women, the 1st one with the deposit, clearly new and didnt want to get in trouble following protocol. The 2nd, ordering RUDE and needs extensive classes on customer service , and the 3rd that left message on my voicemail ughh , my phone has music while you wait for me to pick it up, it clearly says that in the beginning before you hear music and toward the end if you listen it will say I cant pick up the phone leave a message BEEP... please pay attention next time and dont blame your customers phone. Just no, huge hassle, I would say Im difficult, but Ive called the nutrition smart store in palm beach did the same thing with a different product , never ran into any of these issues!! I think next time Ill save myself the misery and drive 45 minutes to that location than 5 minutes down the street to this 1!!

I traveled 40min out of my way with high expectations based on the reviews here. I specifically came for bulk items and produce and you guys have a nice variety of everything here. The staff throughout was kind and helpful. However, the checkout personnel was a bit rude when ringing up my items and this kid of ruined my overall first time experience. I understand that not all grocery stores accept tare weight for containers used to collect bulk items, but she was very short with me and kind of made me feel like an idiot when I had to go back to get the item SKUs. I get that we all have our days but I was just very turned off by this place after this encounter and a bit disappointed given the commute I just made. She made me feel like an inconvenience to her day. Im really just trying to reduce my waste/ impact on the environment by not simply using plastic bags for my bulk items since theyll eventually end up in a landfill. Would appreciate if your staff communicated your rules in a kinder demeanor. Id also suggest considering deducting tare weight for outside containers to promote that your customers contribute to less waste on our beautiful earth. Apologies for the rant but thank you for reading.

Love this place for all my healthy shopping. Great vegan selections. Most of the workers are friendly and very helpful. The last couple times I was in though they werent as stocked as usual and they keep switching things around making it take longer to shop. Hopefully they will pull it together. This place is expensive though but I guess you get what you pay for. This is the only place I can find all of my fav vegan options without traveling to a wholefoods which is out of the way from port saint lucie. This is a regular place for my family and it is always clean. I recommend it if you are trying to eat healthy and live a better lifestyle. They also have all kinds of classes available for free

They have a good selection of bulk dry food with reasonable prices. They have a great selection of vitamins, supplements and lotions. I am very disappointed with the produce area, its very small and priced pretty high for organic. If they could lower the produce prices they would get more of my business but I usually shop here twice a month and always able to find that odd item not found at a larger grocery chain.

I have been trying to find access to Hemp Hearts locally and most vendors just advertise the product but dont actually stock them. Nutrition Smarts associate, Jourdin was able to get me specific pricing within minutes of my call and her company does actively carry the product, so I would recommend them for their well informed professional staff and availability of merchandise. I have been shopping here for a couple years now and I always have a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices arent too bad either. They have almost anything you can think of, from vegan foods to soaps and shampoos. The cashier Jamie was very friendly and rang up my stuff very quickly. Why would you buy from anywhere else?!

Awesome selection of VEGAN foods!! made it very simple and time efficient, not having to read the back of every single box just to find out it has milk or eggs in it, all the Vegan foods pretty much said so right on the box ! Top quality products, the juice bar was cool had some wheat grass and a Red Warrior! Best place around for Vegan products!

This store have everything,even those product that are hard to find and the price is reasonable, as a customer I feel really comfortable going there ,I always find the help I need ,any question I ask ,they always have an answer or/and alternative,i get to find product that I never thought I could be able to eat anymore

Awful customer service. Ive been coming here for a long time and tried to return something today. I couldnt find my receipt and had the card the item was purchased with and record of it on my bank statement and they said they couldnt take it back. Never coming back.

Great service and supplies! Wrong marker location on maps tho.. it is just past turnpike. Visiting from out of state and loved the selection. Highly recommend!
