An hour before closing time the manager is out getting carts. While the one and only cashier is swamped. 10+ ppl in line. Courtesy desk was closed. Asked the blonde manger why she was getting carts not helping in check out. Her reply was Im doing the best I can. Umm no your not lady. Take care of customers first.
