There is one lady that works here that just spoils the whole store for me. Every time I go in there and shes working the register... And I mean EVERY TIME, shes on her cell phone, either talking or texting while dealing with customers. You can forget about being acknowledged while she flaps her jaws in Spanish... It wont happen. My mom still buys her smokes there but I refuse to be treated like Im not there and still patronize the company. Ive got a video that Ive been wanting to show the owner but I cant find his email address. Its plain rude. My advice, get your tobacco at a gas station!

I am shocked at a few of the reviews. Is this the same shop? The one off 595 and Pine Island Rd.? I drive over 20.miles to go there!. The owner, her son, and now her sister have been such tremendous help.to me. I found the shop looking for zomeplace else. Just dropped in to check it out. I was new to vaping a year ago. Out of ignorance I had messed up a couple vapes. They told.me just to put everything in a bag and come back. They fixed everything and got me caught up on the world of vaping. No charge. I am so grateful. Will be there tomorrow morning. See you all soon!

Went in to buy an assortment of cigars for a friend. I mentioned my friends preferred types of cigar and my budget. The gentleman helped gather a wide selection of cigars and was within $.50 of my budget at the end of it all. I couldnt of asked for better or more qualified service. My friend was totally delighted with the selection. I highly recommend this most helpful and competent cigar shop. Huge selection as well
