Hit or miss experience. I have found a few good things in here. Lots of junk that nobody wants or will ever want. If you can sort through that to find the diamonds in the rough, you can get some great deals. Clothing for babies & children is AWESOME. They have a huge selection at next to nothing prices, especially if you find something that has their colored discount tags. Discounts are color coded and range from 30-70% off whatever is on the price tag. I usually hit them up on my morning circuit. The Goodwill down the road opens at 9; I go there and then hit Lighthouse because they open at 10. Service is also a hit or miss. There are some nice salespeople and some rude, middle-aged to older ones. Theres one lady in particular who wont hesitate to rudely ask you to move (or just give you dirty looks) because shes replenishing stock or moving things around. I just avoid her.

I must say, I have furninshed my entire home with things from this place. Its like a scratch and dent place with some of the items. 2 years ago the price on items were a deal. Now theres new employees and the prices has sky rocket. When i walk in now i feel like im walking into a high end consignment store. I understand they have shelters and help folks out in need, but geez, what about the customers who cant afford to go to the store because of their budget. All and all, i do like the store, just wish theyd go down on the price of items.

Some good stuff but not a lot for teenagers, the shopping experience would be better if the carpets were cleaner and if they didnt only play religious music. The music alone if the main reason my daughter doesnt like to shop there. The racks could be a bit more organized, and they need to be more consistent with the pricing. One shirt will be $3 and the next will be $8.

The prices are ridiculously high, the store is in major disrepair(stained carpet, trash on floors, holes in the ceiling), the store is filthy, the lighting is awful, the quality of merchandise is lacking, the store is unorganized and in complete chaos.

I like this thrift store. That being said last time I was there they had brand new cash registers but the carpet still looks like a crime scene! I would like to shop there more if the floor wasnt so gross!

This place has gone down hill. The carpets smell of urine and cat pee. The clothing has mold on it. There was human feces on the changing room walls. So gross. I Will never go back there again!!!

Like most thrift stores its a hit or miss BUT when you find something its totally worth it. Great prices and great staff. You have to go often but the furniture selection is always good.

Fantastic service and wonderfully low prices. Clothes are cheap between $1-$4 dolars and the people are absolutely wonderful. Best thrift store in the brandon area!
