They have wonderful customer service especially the store head manager Mr . Standley walker and the other manager Mr. Joseph Gumbs and an associate name Luis Coto he give wonderful customer service and know the store like the back of his hand you cant find something this gentleman will let you know exactly where it is in one and in the meat department Mr. Tony and the produce manager Mr. Peter all of them always make you feel welcome and give wonderful customer service we need help and good customer service like this in Walmart were you never find any one to help you find what you need

This is the best Winn-Dixie out there. It is bigger than most stores. It is very clean and always fully stocked with great items at low prices. All of the employees are very nice to talk to and walk me to items that I cannot find. The managers are always walking around ready to help with any questions or requests. They even took my groceries out to my car and loaded them in for me. I had over 5 cart loads of stuff, so that was definitely a big help. Keep up the great work!

I went on a Sunday and the lady who rang me up was nice to me but the other employees (mainly the guy in the meat department) looked angry and miserable. Maybe he was just having a bad day. The other customers were so rude. I usually shop there at least a couple of times a month and this was my worst Experience.

Visited store while visiting family, had difficulty in finding store, theres no visible sign off main street. Even my navigation had hard time locating it as well. Overall, staff was very nice, and helpful. Prices I believe is kinda high, but on a sale day, you get more for your money.

Im not sure what the mans title is, but I think hes a supervisor named Joseph. This person is phenomenal... He saw me frantic with my newborn in the stroller and lent a hand. Thank goodness. I usually go to Publix off 414, but now I will be staying as a customer with Winn-Dixie

I like the store not as hectic as Walmart which over all has some benefits however with the Plenti card it makes up for it. The big thing for me is that I am handicapped and there never is a problem getting a cart, Walmart most of the time they are not charged or available.

Managers are always waking around on the sales floor, willing to help no matter what theyre doing. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful. The place is kept very clean and well stocked. Havent had too much of a problem with waiting in a long line.

The employees at the liquor store are helpful and genuine. There is a jerk at the store on the other side of I-4 that soured me to that store. But this store has professional and friendly staff.
