These guys are not very good at their jobs and very rude! I had to drive to the Middletown location 3 times. First time because yhey didnt have the parts i needed in stock. Second time because these guys sold me parts from 2 diff size engines! How do you even do that?! The guys in middletown were laughing at them..then the third time because i wanted to return a small $10 part I bought in middletown and they refused to do so! Pathetic! Never go here just save youself some time and goto middletown!

This place gives you that new england small town feel having the hardware store directly connected to the auto parts store. Ive always gotten the right parts and Ive always had good service here. We need more stores like this.

Dont ever go there. They do not know there stuff and there was a 30$ mark up! I have had to go to 4 NAPA stores and still am short on what I originally paid.
