If you need to drop off your unwanted/unneeded items, find a different store. My family will call up to ask what items they are accepting before we pack up the care to bring them down. It seems that more often than not lately, the person on the phone or at the door have no idea what they are talking about. We will be told that they are not accepting pieces, so we bring down clothes only to find out that they are accepting those pieces we left at home. Or we are told that they are accepting pieces, only to pack up the car, get here and be told "Sorry, we are not accepting those right now". I go out of my way to go to Savers in Meriden now rather than deal with this location.

UNBELIEVABLY over priced!!! This is GOODWILL, not a French boutique! All the inventory is DONATIONS!! TALK ABOUT GREEDY!! THE OWNER OF GOODWILL INDUSTRIES IS A MULTI MILLIONAIRE BECAUSE HE HAS ZERO OVERHEAD AND LITERALLY ROBS CONSUMERS BY MARKING UP THE PRICES 800%, talk about a sick, greedy monster!!... The BBB needs to do an investigation on this greedy sicko who takes advantage of the public!! I know of at LEAST 25 people who REFUSE to do business at Goodwill due to the unbelievable markups, HOW DARE HE PRICE USED, DONATED ITEMS SO HORRIBLY HIGH IN ORDER FOR HIS OWN PERSONAL GAIN??!!... It is APPAULLING! I HOPE GOODWILL GETS CLOSED DOWN DUE TO PURE GREED!!!!!

Used to be better gone down hill. Prices out of control. Walmart is almost cheaper. Saleswoman Stephanie sold something to someone else they were holding behind the counter for me until I finushed shopping. She should be fired. Store managrr Adam messed up on a sstore credit I got when doing a rr turn.

Goodwill is a wonderful organization and deserves six stars on that front. As far as one of their many stores this is one of the better ones.

One of the cleaner goodwills i have been in. They do always have loud terrible music playing and i often hear people complaining about it
