The store in general is fine...just your average CVS. However, I routinely have problems at the pharmacy. Its so convient located in the center of town, that I forget the horrible service. Unfilled prescriptions, wrongly filled prescriptions, calls telling me the item is available for pickup....then the item cannot be found! Recently I told the pharmacist that I always have the same problems at this store, and that the CVS in Granby never had these issues, and his response was "you should keep going to that store then". I will.

The pharmacy started out fine when they first opened the new location, but has gone downhill since then. They claim to call when prescriptions are ready, but they dont. If there was a problem with the prescription, they wont work it out with the doctor, they just forget that the prescription ever existed. After 20 minutes arguing with the male pharmacist, who quite frankly sounded drunk, he "found" it. Incredibly poor customer service and they couldnt care less about it.

Im not even sure why they have a pharmacy - EVERY time I attempt to fill a prescription for myself or my family they always contact me saying that it is not in stock and I would have to wait DAYS for it. What is the point of having a local pharmacy when they dont even keep the most common medication on hand?

6:30pm on a Saturday and the Pharmacy is closed. Everything in the world is open until 8 or 9 on Saturdays. The store is open but the pharmacy is closed. So they acknowledge that people are still out shopping but close the pharmacy. This is really not putting the "customer" first. Very disappointed.

I needed assistance. Walked the whole store and eventually found someone. Then he proceeded to help someone else. So I waited. Then another customer came up and he and another employee both waited on him. So I left and when to a different store altogether.
