Only reason I wouldnt give 5 stars, is because they are a little bit pricey, considering the competitors, its much more than Shop Rite or Stop & Shop, but, the employees are friendly, educated, helpful, and have consideration for you. Other places, they couldnt give two sh**s if I needed something - they look at it as a "pain for them" but not at big y. I love shopping here (when I can afford it) because of the quality.

Absolutely love this store! May be a little higher priced on some items, but they have great sales. Bakery is excellent! I think I gained 5 pounds since they opened! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Cashiers actually talk to you and look at you instead of just chatting with the bagger - even TELL you what your total is! Their fish dinners are excellent, too! Cant say enough good about this store!

Great grocery store with many options in produce, baked goods and drinks. Also carry beer which is hard to find outside a liquor store in this area. Great selections and pretty good customer service. Only complaints are that some items get a bit dusty if they arent popular, and you cant just grab a loyalty card at the checkout, you have to visit customer service.

Its so convenient for me, they have a really nice selection of fresh foods. Their breads are good, the salad bar is good, the sushi is good, the pizza is cheap with a gold coin, the subs are an awesome price even without a gold coin, the cheese selection is awesome, they have a little organic and gluten free area which is nice. I tend to shop here most often.

Great selection of produce and meats. Store is nicely laid out and the employees are very friendly. I prefer Big Y over Stop & Shop and its a toss up compared to Shop Rite. On some items the prices are really good and others compare to Stop & Shop which I think it the most expensive grocery store. The prepared food section is second to none.

Nicest grocery store Ive been to. Very clean and orderly; excellent food selection; the staff is very helpful and friendly...and theyre always so welcoming to my diabetic alert dog and me whenever were shopping. This Big Y has spoiled me and I have trouble shopping anywhere else. :)

I love this store!! Thir food selection is better than other stores in the area. Their sales are very good. Even without sales I feel their prices are on par with other stores I the area. In fact probably even a little lower. I also like the fact that the store is American owned.

Im not sure if you pay more than other stores, but you can find a good deal on meats or other produce every so often. Plus, if feels like it has a better quality of service and presentation, compared to its competitors. Big y is probably my 1st choice among the rest.

The prices are high if you dont get a sale item and today they ran out of bags. Gave me some itty bitty fragile bags and my 10 juices had to be loose. Why not have some boxes from your recieving dept if you run out of bags. But really you shouldnt run out.

Quality of the store and bakery section is what you are paying for here, however with the high prices sections such as the deli, produce, and meat are limited and quality is as good as youll find in other more affordable options.

Great fresh produce. Staff so welcoming and ready to help with any questions. Flower shop wonderful. Can get a tasty lunch or just tea or coffee. Cant say enough about how lovely a place to shop for all your grocery needs.

Beautiful store, some nice hard working people , but not a good company to work for. A lot of favoritism and some mangers are rude and not understanding. If they dont like you they will find anything to get rid of you.

Love the butcher and prepared food options. While they isles are filled with stuff you can find at Stop & Shop the specialty items and butcher are far superior. Lyman Orchard pies are a big plus too.
