Unfortunately, its convenient if it wasnt for that... I would never go there trust me. The Walmart Supervisors, Manages and the upper eshalonts needs to take a ride to Farmington Me, and or Estero Florida, and see how a real Walmart is run and what a Joy it is to be a respected customer and not invisible. I actually look forward to to going shopping at either one of those stores when Im visiting Maine or Florida. This particular Walmart ( Rocky Hill) and the one in Newington are disgusting, not only is the store disgusting but the employees are pathetic and are so rude. They are just lucky that theyre the only game around. I always go to Job Lots first Ocean State Job Lots on the Silas Deane Highway these employees are so nice and helpful. At least when youre there the employees try to help you at Walmart Rocky Hill theyre too busy talking to each other in another language or on their cell phones or they just dont give a rats ass or all of the above. Please if anybody in the upper management or ownership of any of these two stores is around please knock the stores down get rid of ALL your employees and start over contact me Ill help you. Its pretty sad that the feeling you get when you have to go into the Rocky Hill Walmart or the Newington Walmart is Dredd. I go to Ocean State Job Lot Stop and Shop and the dollar store first and then I realize ... The agony of defeat...and I have to go to that place.. the place where Im ignored, invisible...have to be subjected to a foreign rant amongst employees in packs usually...well thank God theres Wine.

This store is the most disorganized Walmart I have ever been to. Sales people (??) were milling around but no one made eye contact or asked if they could help me (unlike the other stores I have been to around the country). The person bringing carriages in was clogging the entrance area while chatting with another guy, while all of the carriage areas were full. The plant department did not have prices displayed on the tables and it was difficult to see what was on sale. I had to ask a vendor about the price of something and she found someone to ask. The paint department was totally unorganized with paints displayed in multiple areas but only 2 colors in the pick and go area. The Subway in this store was inferior - the produce did not seem fresh. The only good thing was my cashier, Nancy, who was friendly and efficient.

Walmart now randomly selects customers as they leave the store to show thier reciep, to prove that you paid for your items. Not only is this a violation of my privacy, but to be inspected in plain view of other customers, my friends, children is embarrassing. It is Voluntary!!! I emplore every freedom loving American. Refuse this intrusion. Just say, "No thank you." Whats next body searches. Do you want a low level walmart worker to see your feminine hygine product? Birth control? Medicines? Its your right to say no. As an American its you duty to say no. Does Walmart racialy profile? Say no.

Spent over 20 minutes on hold trying to call on a site to store order status that was supposed to be delivered by 7/31 two days ago. Got bored so I created a profile image for the Rocky Hill CT Walmart. In the end I hung up so still no idea where my order is... You can do much better Walmart! Update: They removed my profile image I created. I was so proud of it too!! LOL... It was a photo of a Walmart sign with subtitle "AINT NO AMAZON". You get the gist Googlers!

Worst experience ever with the Costumer Service Manager. Very rude with a attitude for the second time I went there when its come to price match. I went to Wal-Mart in Manchester, CT they price match perfectly fine with no attitude and with profesional respond. Dont ever go to Rocky Hill Wal-Mart CSM very unprofessional responding to costumer question. Thank You.

The employees are some of the rudest Wal-Mart Employees Ive ever met. The store is very disorganized. And a lot of the prices are marked wrong and somehow its your fault. I purposely drive 15 extra minutes to go to a different Wal-Mart like the one on the Berlin Turnpike or even to Super Wal-Mart in Cromwell which is probably the best of the three

This is my neighborhood Walmart and (for the most part) I love it. However, it is messy and dirty compared to other Walmarts. However, whatever messiness it has is trumped by the close proximity of this store to my house. My father visited from Phoenix, AZ last year and he was appalled by how dirty/messy it was.

Very bad service after 10pm there is no cashier charging only machines charging very bad customer service not even a cashier when there should be at least one there is no kindness this is the only walmart that gives bad customer service, A store so large without cashier at 10pm and four machine to pay How sad

Called on the phone to ask a simple question. Rudest service, not to mention my question wasnt answered properly by 2 difrent people who clearly couldnt speak English. Or the lazy manager who refused to leave her location to check another department for a customer waitting 20+ minutes.

Good store, excellent customer service. Bad neighbors. Plenty of room to park a semi truck in back but be quick. The cops get called by a busy body. The cops are wise to it and send a local unpaid tow truck driver to kick the trucks out in the middle of the night.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever visited! Very poorly stocked, disorganized, awful layout, etc. I knew I wanted to leave almost immediately, but my son insisted on trying to find his items. We walked away with 5 packs of paper and a pack of pens. Smh!

I came to exchange an item. The "yellow-coat" lady told me I have to come tomorrow. I said Im not from here, Im from NY, I need to exchange it today. She said Im sorry, I cant. I asked why not. She said "RIGHT NOW IM TOO BUSY". Her name is Eli.

Staff was helpful & friendly. Options are very limited in terms of grocery items (no cut meats, no deli, no produce), but lots of sugary, processed garbage food. Rest of the store is nice. Good selection of pet food/ household items

I been waiting for 10 min for pickup and the assistance comes and say they were close. Is not even 12 yet and Im here since 10:58. Worst Walmart I have been come to. I should buy supplies from other store NOT Walmart anymore.

The only reason to go is for the cheap toiletries. Otherwise I would avoid this store. The staff is always nice and helpful. I just cant see a multi billion dollar company paying and treating their employees so poorly.

Its a Walmart like any other although kind of small compared to some. Its a bit dingy has terrible customer service but thats what you get for the cheap prices.
