This place is a joke. Twice Ive put items on hold to pick up within HOURS the same day and twice Ive had the item "accidentally" put back. Put two dresses on hold and when I came in to pick them up, there was only one. The employees did little to help, "there was a lot of stuff left up front so someone must have thought it was suppose to go back". Literally worst customer service ever

Employees are terrible and rude. Professionalism needs to be implied by managers much more. Employee approached me and pushed the cart at me all because I was taking shoes out the box to try them on.
