Not only are they closed on weekends--they seem incapable of filling prescriptions when they ARE open. I had four prescriptions to fill, from another pharmacy (out of town). Two they managed to fill. One they had to order, said to come the next day to pick it up--and when I did, it wasnt there. One they had to phone a doctor in NY for the refill. Next day, I got an automated message to pick up my prescription. When I went in, it wasnt there. A man behind the counter said he would call again, to come back the next day. I got an automated message that my prescriptions were ready to pick up, so I went in. The same man behind the counter said he had JUST MADE THE CALL--on a Friday night--and left a message. It is now 5 days since I have taken my medication--I would have called the doctor first myself if I had known how incompetent CVS was--and did call myself finally, but its now the weekend. As it stands now, the pharmacy is closed, its the only pharmacy in the area, I do not have a car, and I am feeling terrible. Thanks, CVS. I may have to write the Better Business Bureau.

My experience was not with the pharmacy, but with the employees. They are ignorant and rude. They are beyond unprofessional and get loud if you complain or have a comment about the poor service they have provided. Ive seen them argue with customers and shout across the room as if they are in a field calling hogs. We have visitors to the local hotels and convention center complain about the attitudes these employees have. It gives the city a bad name and provides a bad experience to people spending money in the state. CVS Corporate, there are many unemployed people that I know would be happy to have a job and would be great at your store, You dont have to settle for what you currently have on that staff. Please consider either retraining these individuals or hiring ones that have some sense of common decency and respect for both themselves and the customer.

The new location is pretty nice. The store is open and doesnt feel cramped like the last spot. Staff was friendly and the time I went around 10am it wasnt very crowded at all.

Pretty much the only convenience store in downtown. Prices are definitely a little inflated but I guess they can be with the location.
