Bought an Interstate Battery there that went bad while out of state on vacation. Thought it was either a bad starter or other electrical problem since the battery was brand new. The place I had took it to (we were in a remote area) did not carry interstate batteries and the car would not start so they replaced it with a different brand. When I attempted to return the interstate battery, these guys would not refund my money, only offered to replace the interstate battery with a new one. I did not need a second battery, so now I am out over $300 in diagnosing and replacing the battery out of state, in addition to the cost of the original battery I bought here. I left the defunct interstate battery there in disgust. Last time I will by an Interstate battery. This is unfortunate in that I have had pleasant experiences with this Napa in the past.

Ive tried using them several times since they are incredibly conveniently located for me. Each time I am met with rude service for over-priced parts. The most recent time I went in for a battery for my tractor. They gave me a price of about 150, I pointed out that Home Depot had the exact same battery for 70, so the clerk typed on the computer and said "How about 160". Needless to say, I left and will never go back.

Glastonbury NAPA has become my go-to place for car parts. If they dont have it in stock, they typically can get it later that day or the next. Prices tend to be lower than online without the need to pay for shipping. Very happy with them and the knowledgeable staff.
