Fully concur with one of the reviewers who said there are some low lifes working here. I would like to add to that and say that do not bother complaining if you run into said lowlifes because they are hand-in-glove with the security morons who work here. We had a problem with the low lifes in the Hagendaz shop, the two teens working here are probably volunteers for the local Elect Donald Trump vanguard because they had this peculiar method of flinging the ice cream across the counter to fulfill the order and also when we tried asking the other teen to summon the manager he said, I am the Manager, the server did not do anything wrong, you took it too personally, if you do not leave I will call security and he went inside and pretended to talk on the phone. We then called the Mall security and were met outside the shop first by an old white dude who listened to us and said he could not really do much about this and that we need to talk to Hagendaz. I asked him, well, do they have the right to call security and can you come and ask us to leave if we are creating a disturbance? And he said yes. I then asked him, well, dont customers have a right to complain to you if they have been treated badly? To which he cursed and he called the Supervisor. The Supervisor then turns up and by this time the Manager teen came up to us and interrupted us when we were talking to the Supervisor and when we asked him to tell him to leave since we were talking to him he refused and just stood there while this neandarthal started making all sorts of nonsensical statements about how my wife was harassing the server etc etc. It ended up in a shouting match which was pretty much calmly witnessed by this Superviror of Security and we just left at one point when we realized that they were playing a game together. They were just allowing the teen to get us riled up and lose our cool so that we end up looking bad. I told this Supervisor that the first rule in conflict management was to separate the parties concerned and he did not take to this advice very well. So, beware, all colored people, avoid this place and if you do run into 1940s lunch counter treatment then just leave. Calling security will not help.

I have always loved coming to visit and take the time to see the mall. This 4 th I was told by the customer service (by phone),that the works to be shoot off by Sears and when we got inside the securitys said it was over by the airport. So we debated on moving the car, finally fiire works started and we had to think fast and move the car all the way around the other side of the building and luckily we found a parking spot. We sat down and enjoyed the fireworks, they were awesome by the way. But then we had to wait 45 minutes to leave and when we did try to circle the parking lot to see what was the best way to get out the security guard told us that we were not allowed to circle the parking lot and we had to leave in the same order as everybody else and then went straight out to 84. I didnt want to be on 84 at all I was trying to bypass 84 and thats where he took me and I couldnt even get in my Lane once I got on there I to pull over to the side of the road for another 15 to 20 minutes and wait for traffic to clear so I can get in a late and go home. I was okay with everything else Im very disappointed with making me go out to 84.

This mall is the best mall I have ever been to in the U.S. I stayed over at La Quinta hotel and wanted to stretch my legs somewhere before heading back to PA. The front desk recommended this mall and said this was a upper-scale mall. I was sweetly surprised as I arrived, I saw the big Cheesecake Factory, and the huge Macys Store. Forever 21 is so big that it has 3 stories. There was a carousel for kids in the food court. I visited the store called ARHAUS, the Fossil Store, the Macys. I also like the store of They have make-up specialist at the Macys cosmetics store for customers and the specialist did make-up for me based on my skin tone. The bag and suitcase section in Macys has such a big selection and a lot of good quality products were on sale. I like the store of Uniqlo, because in Pittsbrugh I cannot find any. I am Asian and Uniqlo is one of the few stores that fit me perfectly. Anyhow, I love this mall as a visitor from another state. I visited this mall on Sunday and I felt there were too many customers but not enough sales assistants. If there are more sales people working to serve the customers, it will be perfect.

I was assured by staff over the weekend, that my best bet to get an iPad 2 was to come and stand in line at the Apple Store Tues morning. I was told I would have better selection and more units than Best Buy or anywhere else. OK, I get it, big mystery as to what kind of iPad and how many there would be. (Apparently their warehousing/logistics software is not capable of handling such things). Anyway, an employee came out about an hour before opening (thankfully) and informed us that they only had the Verizon 64 gig. My issue, I could have walked into Target over the weekend and gotten the exact same machine, because I did, and they were sitting there. No line, no hassle, no big mystery. At least I wasnt one of the poor souls woken up to this news in the front of the line in their lawn chairs. You can keep your complimentary water Danbury Apple Store, Ill be ordering my Apple needs online or from Best Buy or from Target from now on.

This is one of best malls i ever toured in north America. The cleaningness and diversity of goods are on top level. Particularly, the security of the mall is great: my wife forgot her perce at the food court and realized it 3.5 hours later, when we called the security office, the gentalman answering the call is very polite and helpful. I was told the lost perce was returned into the security office and we could pick it up any time, after he simply verified our ID. My wife and I are very grateful for the security and the mall, as we avoid a horible trouble of lossing all ID cards, passport, credit cards and cash. There is a big cash envelop and some pocket money in the perce, but nobody touched it. Wonderful people there!

I cant believe the frustration with the product (32 gb ipod touch) & the service. The service is fine if youre just making a purchase, but wait until youre sold a product that does not work. The first ipod was not allowing most of the apps to open. We exchanged it for a new one after 1 wk. of purchase. The 2nd one is having numerous other problems (not connecting to internet, not charging properly...) from the start. The mgr justifies everything by w/ "its electronics". She got an attitude immediately when I did not want to have to go through tech support for a brand new $400 purchase. Gee, maybe I should have spent another $60 for the 2 yr warranty just to get electronics that actually work.
