This is my GO TO place for all Beef, Pork, Chicken, Lamb, etc The Staff are Friendly and very knowledgable about their craft. Enjoying the Meat and knowing where it comes in the Animal. I live in Greenwich and there are a few "Gourmet" Grocery Stores around, Whole Foods, Balduccis, Citarella, to name a few. Pricing at Fleshers is often times a few dollars cheaper thats always a plus. Where I think this shop stands out is Quality of Product and Knowledge of that Product. Service with a Smile and a group of people that genuinely seem to enjoy what they do? PRICELESS!

Needed a special cut of chicken for a recipe, called these guys and they provided the perfect product. While there I noticed their home made hot/sweet Italian sausage and decided to try it, as the same recipe called for it. Really fresh and delicious! This place is a real bonus for Greenwich, great meats/poultry, excellent service and they now complete the trio in heart of the premium foodstuffs block along with the Greenwich Cheese Company and Fjord Fisheries.

Fries were soggy and the "brisket sandwich" was half gristle and half beef. $15 for a soggy fat sandwich was...tough to swallow. After writing to the company directly, I received a response from their marketing director, and will consider this negative experience as a one-off.
