The worst experience Ive ever had at any Marshalls Store, period. As i was shopping I saw a pair of shoes I really liked and they were the only pair in the store. The shoes looked used, worn, and scuffed. I was still interested in purchasing the shoe and asked a store associate(who was very helpful) if i could see a manager. She advised me 10% off is usually the most that they offer. I asked to speak to a manager because I loved the shoes. The manager came and took a look at the shoe and proceeded to tell me "this is how we receive the shoes into the store." The shoes had CLEARLY been worn (there was GUM on the bottom) and scuffs on the top around the front of the shoe, even the price tag on the shoe looked like it was a returned item. I said "are you sure, look at them" (I pointed out some scuffs and scrapes) She then said "yes we get them in like this, >>> I wouldnt even offer 10% off <<<" EXACT WORDS. I am very disappointed by this member of management. Ive been in customer service for along time myself and I feel as though this was unacceptable. I was even going to purchase a hat to go with the shoes. To top it off, I still spent money at the store after my interaction with this "manager" .

Clean store. Friendly staff members, sometimes its hard to find staff to help you BUT this is a very busy store so the staff thing isnt a huge problem. If you are looking for shoes this Marshalls has the largest shoe department I have seen in a Marshalls.

Love the prices, but trying to find womens clothing is a chore, everything is jammed packed and after awhile you give up. Dont carry size 5 in womens shoes. Love all other Depts As well as prices !

Nice Marshalls location. they usually have a nice variety of items in each department. The store is always clean and staff is ok. Theyve got a very nice shoe department..good sized.

Messy store. Looks like a bomb went off in the clearance section. Items are thrown everywhere. Clothes sizes out of order. No organization. The prices are good though.
