Before moving to Denver, I utilized locally-owned pharmacies. I always found them to be much more efficient and helpful, and I loved supporting small businesses. Scales Pharmacy is no exception. Theyve gone above and beyond to help me with a number of issues Ive had between new insurance and prescription coverage. I cant say enough great things about the employees of Scales; they simply exceed my expectations of pharmacy staff. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone living or working in the downtown area.

Never waste your time at another grungy Walgreens Pharmacy again! This place represents what pharmacies should be... it is a personable, fresh experience, and offers so much more than just a prescription pick-up. Between the comical greeting cards and chilled kombucha, you are sure to leave happy, refreshed, and will an errand checked off your list!

Awesome. Theyre always on top of everything and when I was having trouble with another pharmacy withholding my scripts they really worked on my behalf to sort it out. Having a lot of prescriptions and managing my medication supply has always been stressful for me but everyone at Scales is so cool that its hardly a problem now. Thanks guys!

Very helpful with my elderly moms meds. It has been tough to triage lifes duties since taking over care. Dan calls to remind me about refills. You dont get thst kind of service at Walgreens. They have an interesting assortment of soda pop and Colorado juices. It is important to support independent businesses. Please give them a shot.

I am a costumer of scales and their service is always beyond my expectations, very friendly and professional staff. the facility is always clean, and they seem to care about their patients, never had a bad experience with scales! defenitely the best pharmacy in Downtown Denver. and kevin is kinda cute :)

So I had to go to CVS and they had to order my meds which was really frustrating, but then I went to Scales Pharmacy and Compounding and they had it in stock and filled my meds for me within ten minutes! Dr. Joseph was very friendly and really takes care of his customers, thank you!
