This liquor store owner is a jerk told me he didnt work in the store and he knows nothing about my transaction when I asked him about the money he never put on my card. When that day I asked him if he put the money back on the card. He said yes my money would be on my card and that he refunded me when I initially went in to the store. I went in December and yet i still cant get my money back from them. Even after I did everything he asked. They acted like they didnt know what I was talking about calling me names and acting like a snob. If I could I would rate them no stars they have poor customer service.

I was trying to call to see if they carried a product, the guy on the phone gave me short uninformative responses, while talking to customer who was in the store, and I was hung up on twice. The first time I called I was told they carried the product and then he hung up, the second time I called I asked for the price on the product and the guy said he wasnt sure what sizes bottles they had or what prices and then hung up again. Very rude, not helpful what-so-ever!

Too bad there isnt a negative rating. a friend and I were passing through and I couldnt hear her because of my walker sound on pavement, as she was sharing something personal and crying. The guy working came out and said we couldnt sit there. That we had to leave. The boss was watching us on camera. Oh, i did stop in to buy cigarettes. I asked if I could get corporates number. Was told no. Wow. What kind of treatment is that to a disabled customer.

Used to come to this store all the time before new ownership, now the employees are rude, not very helpful, the beer is warm, and they will short change you, make sure you count your change, twice in a row this has happend. The first time, okay honest mistake, second time NOT A MISTAKE, third time will not happen! Go to Dels, they are friendly,helpful, and the beer is cold the way it should be!
