Super upset I called to set up a time to get a tattoo and they told me to just come In so I did. I came in and looked in there book then I talked to a guy told him what I wanted. then no one had time for me that day so they took my number and I told them what I wanted and they said that they would call me it has been over 7 day and still havent heard anything from anyone to get my tattoo all I wanted was some words put on me I guess Im a waste of there time super sad!! Will not ever go back to this place and will not recommend any as well lack of customer service

Went in looking for longer barbells for my nipples, as a different shop set me up with ones that were way too small. Called ahead and even with it being close to closing time, the man who answered the phone was awesome. I didnt catch his name but he was a younger gentleman, upon arriving and even being minutes from closing they hooked me up and even put in a new set of barbells to help with the healing that was causing me some serious problems. I used to head way out of town for my work, but this place has earned a place with me for future business!

It was my first time getting a tattoo, and they made the experience great. Really nice, clean shop, nice music, with beautiful artwork on the walls. The staff, (literally everyone who was working there) was amazingly friendly and everyone talked to me and was genuinely interested in the conversation. The tattoo I got is beautiful and of the highest quality, and I couldnt be more happy with it. You can tell they really take pride in all there work. Prices were fair. Will be going back to them again in the future, and I highly recommend them.

Very great experience at Palace Art Tattoo. My husband got an upper sleeve of a koi morphing into a dragon by the owner, Glenn West. It was completed in three sessions and each visit to the studio was very professional and a fun experience with great energy going on between the artists and clients. The paintings for sale are killer, too. Cant say enough good things about the art, the artists, the nice, clean interior. The reception area has sofas, a coffee table and books to read along with a good selection of coffee.

Clean, creative, talented, and super friendly! Glenn West is respectful and courteous, and does amazing work. Were about halfway done and couldnt be any happier with a beautiful floral back piece weve just recently started. I have let him have free reign when it comes to color and detail on this piece. There is no need to look any further, Palace Art is the shop you are looking for and I definitely recommend Glenn to everyone.

I went in to get an existing butterfly tattoo redone and to add a new butterfly. Glen asked me to find some pictures of what looked good to me. I sent the pictures and he used the ideas to come up with a beautiful new tattoo for me. He has a light touch that I really appreciated. I cant wait to go back for my next one. Great experience. They gave my daughter options on holding a stuffed animal while getting her ears pierced. They didnt rush they took their time with her and even tried chatting it up with her to make herfeel comfortable.
