I was in the area and had the toys in the trunk. I wanted to make some fast cash...of course it will be substantially less profit for me vs. selling item by item online or to the private parties. JNA needs to profit too. His estimate was what I spent on gas round trip from my house in Lodi. Figure Ill be back with high demand/high value pieces. Few weeks later, we were just about finished with the mandatory non business related B/S talk. Upon hearing this estimate, my theory that JNA and GameStop are connected..maybe step-sisters or something...maybe lovers. Idk. Cuz they both formulate extremely low value estimates. Claiming that "there was just nothing here". There was nothing left of the first lot I gave him just weeks before. eBay sold the same figure I brought but theirs had damage/ missing pieces..a week ago for $40. This was my cheapest item of 7 main ones I brought in. He wanted all my stuff for $20.00. I said yeah alright. And packed up my stuff. 30 minutes later I accepted $150cash where Amazon collectors are easily paying $200. JNA has a controversial past. Over the top acts of friendliness and honesty they shower each customer with maybe just an..act and not genuine. Honest.truthful experience.

Called them recently looking for star cases for my action figures. One would think that the local collectible store would be the one place in town where it would be easy to find protective cases for collectibles. Guy on the phone had no interest in helping me, claimed he had no way of obtaining star cases, an in general made me feel like I was wasting his time by asking questions. Dont want to help collectors out? Dont run a collectibles shop. Ridiculous. Youve ensured that I wont shop in your store or call about things Im looking for again.

I just checked these guys out for the first time and i have to say that i was impressed. They dont carry to many new products, but theyre collection of true hard to find collectibles was amazing. They had a huge selection of figurines, complete topps card decks, and classic comics from the 70s and up. Great selection of star wars stuff. And for being young the kid working had alot of knowledge and showed great customer service. Will definitely be returning. If you are looking for something rare or unique check these guys out.

We sub-rented warehouse space in the JNA building for over two years. Our items were frequently moved, broken, and thrown into piles. When were asked to move out, he didnt feel we were quick enough, so while we were out of the country, he took it upon himself to move what was left to another facility. A lot of our things were recycled for money, others were broken and destroyed, and quite a few items were stolen, including collectibles. If you are concerned about receiving stolen property, DONT SHOP AT THIS STORE!

Great customer service- the guys who own and run this place are very friebdly and knowledgable, unique merchandise for reasonable prices, and some good deals to be found for the casual collector of toys and media and memorabilia from the 80s and 90s. They carry entire working outdated game systems and cartridges, also.

This is a great store for old toys and they keep a huge collection of old snes games and other old games such as gabecube and ps1 ps2 for decent price, anyone who has said something negative about this place is crazy nothing but good things and good customer service.

Pretty good place. May not have everything, and I went there for retro games and didnt have too much; however, they did have quite a lot of neat toys and a good amount of games, and would definitely shop there again!
