Having been in town for a brief visit with relatives, I wanted to try to check out the local comic shops. Grapevine is a nice looking shop, but the Silver Age Marvel books I was looking for were either out of reach or completely hidden in a back room. The two I asked about were not priced and it took the guy (who was nice enough and apologetic) about 20 minutes between fumbling with the internet and calling the owner to get a price for two Good condition Tales of Suspense. The prices I was quoted was about twice what they were worth. This shop is a good reason Ebay exists. Maybe one time is not a fair conclusion, but I couldnt afford to shop here. Bill Parks

This place is awesome ! Friendliest atmosphere in all of Stockton hands down. Great shop for comics and toys related to comics and collectables . Instead of toys r us Check out some of their more high quality toys. My favorite feature about the store is their magic tournaments ( Friday night magic ) and game day on Saturday. I highly recommend you check out this awesome shop.

I went to a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament here and I loved it the players there were very nice. They helped me out in the tournament...Im 11 so :). I totally LOVE this place. The tournaments are Friday at 5:30 and Saturday at 12:30. I bet you will ENJOY the place too. BEST COMIC STORE EVER!! :)

Not much change in the store since it was sold by the previous owner. They still have the same window art announcing an old streetfighter figures release. Best way to describe the store now is a goodwill store for sci-fi collectibles. Nothing new in the last 9 years.

this is the best place to go to after school when you want to wined down and relax while playing a favorite card game!! I love this place go there every day... Well just as a review this place is awesome!! you should try and go there sometime,its very fun!!

This place seems to be more of a collectible store, seems like a good fit if that is all you are interested in, but doesnt carry any new comics which I felt was a little misleading with the name grapevine Comics and Cards.

Just left there after sitting in the parking lot for two hours waiting for them to come back from a break and they never showed up! Total waste of time!!!
