Bought a "weekender" bag from here in a moment of weakness, and then realized its way to heavy any quite uncomfortable. Asked the sales associate what my options were and she said there were no returns, refunds or exchanges. No options. And she was also very unempathethic. Disappointing experience to say the least.

They had a sign saying that I could engrave my moleskine agenda, so I enter the shop and bought an agenda and ask for engraving, the staff told me that I needed to come back on the next day because they do not have the training (only the manager had the training). Bad service!

Staff us really friendly. They were out of stock of a couple of items we wanted, but it was OK. In this store there is a huge variety of products ranging from notebooks, weekly planner, to smartphone and laptop sleeves, pens, etc.

I had trouble with a zipper on my Moleskine backpack and the store fixed it right on the spot, replaced both zippers, and were incredibly friendly and quick. Theyre wonderful!
