The worst shopping experience I ever had, since they didnt accept my federal govt issued ID saying: I have never seen this. The store managers Mark Stinsons ignorance (lack of knowledge) has been only topped by his arrogance and letting me know that he can decide who can pay and who cant. I spent only about $400 here today for my wedding, but I am making sure that Ill never come back here again. Also, they rearranged my cart and the speedbump threw down a case of my beers. Update: I went back for a second round, and the store manager refused to serve me on the reason that I am buying too much of his products. Another reason not to come here anymore. At the same time, they got me a case of beer for free for the fallen one. The store is clean and the associates are friendly.

Today while shopping the the vegetable area of the store, I heard one of the employees a girl talking to a customers about politics. The employee at the stater bros was telling the customers, "I dont want anymore people coming to this country, and we shouldnt allow any refugees entering our country". As I got closer, to get some vegetables , she just gave me a rude look, and didnt even move out of the way and kept staring at me. It made me feel very uncomfortable, I called the store manager and told him what I had experienced, and he didnt seem to care, and was just trying to get me off the phone, and said "yes, I will talk to her and hung up, the conversation barely lasted less than a minutes and he hung up. So sad.

I like that this grocery story is near my house. And the prices. HOWEVER. I just left the store. And some child. Named CRISTIAN J. was SO rude to me. did not even acknowledge me. the person in front of me ended up leaving so he called whoever on the phone to help. No even saying thank you to the lady in front of me. Not a hello, hi. Nothing. The kid gave me my total. And handed my receipt. Everyone has to work days they dont want to. My ADVICE to him. Is to FAKE IT to the days over. Put a smile on a grin something. I really want to go in and come back out I will AVOIDA GOING to Cristians line

Went there for a product return. Cashiers either dont know what they are doing or they are making life hard so that people refrain from returning goods. Cashier wanted to keep the receipt which is my credit card sales slip at the same time. When I refused, she ripped the part where transaction number was. I was tired and did not want to deal with idiots. So I walked out, at least with my money in my hand. I am not planning to patronize this place or any other Stater Bros for that matter, as the customer service went way down in the last few years. This was just the icing on the cake.

I went to get amazon gift card where the the store manager told me that they accept only cash or debit card for eBay, visa and amazon gift cards, while one of my friend just bought a amazon gift card with her credit card only from them few minutes back. So I went for a Macys gift card, now she tells her sale person not to accept it. When I confronted her, she says she is not sure. It was so upseting..when I was going for a birthday party.

Amelia G is a very rude cashier. She should learn how to greet ALL of her customers, not just the ones she deems worthy. I am seriously considering not shopping at ANY Stater Bros due to her unfriendly manner and general lack of overall customer service skills.

I dont have a problem when I shop here, I usually find everything quick n I love the clearance rack(when its stocked) and they got a red box... LOL
