I have never written a review but this experience was so bad that I am making this review my first. Do not waste your time at this place. I bought a new kegerator and called a few places for info about deposits, keg availability, etc. The person on the phone told me that everything I saw on the website was available and quoted reasonable but middle-of-the-road prices. I drove to Fuller within a few hours of making the callbecause of the selection listed online. When I arrived, their facility didnt have power. We waited for an hour while the staff attempted to restore power. I was tired of waiting so I ran an errand, came back, they still had an issue with the power. We continued to wait but the staff helped someone else that had just walked in. After waiting for so long, this really upset me. When we finally talked to a staff member, they told us that the person we spoke to on the phone was wrong about availability. Fuller did not actually have the beer selection we saw online. What a waste of my time and gas! The biggest reason I drove there was because of the selection the person on the phone told me they had. I would not have bothered if I knew what their actual selection was. The staff was rude. After waiting over 2 hours to be helped we walked out. This place boasts the best selection but that is not the case. If you want bad service, inaccurate information, and like wasting hours of your day trying to pick up a keg, this is your place.

Fuller has a great selection of craft brews, even the more expensive, rare and upscale ones. Its a typical small liquor store and due to its location you may find lots of homeless people around. They do a good job of opening up two additional cash registers when it gets busy (like Friday afternoon). Ive never had occasion to ask for assistance as I can find what I need easily enough on my own. The only down side to me is that the pricing is just a bit higher than I would expect but I chalk that up to the fact that its the closest liquor store to the Old Town transit center (about 150 yards away) and thats what the market will bear.

Great customer service very well stocked store and best selection of spirits and craft beer around. Got a new kegerator for Christmas walked in had a large selection of kegs in stock I bought two 5 gallons kegs they even do Co2 to fill ups Nice knowing theres a place you could come to that has large selection of kegs in stock

Prices are surprisingly average considering its a liquor store which are normally higher than convenience stores and larger retailers. Amazing large selection of beer and wine.

The second I entered the place I could smell the mold, and just after being in there for under 5 minutes Im already having an allergic reaction. Disgusting.
