PROMPT! PROMPT! PROMPT! One of the many words to describe Healy! The one thing I would have to critique them on is that they rarely answer the phone. I called maybe about 12 times and spoke to someone twice. But other than that they are very prompt with answering emails and delivery. Whenever I emailed them I would get a response back no later than an hour after! I made an order for my teams basketball uniforms a week before our first tournament, they told me we would not get the uniforms until the day before our first tournament. We actually them 3 days before our tournament! They perfected our custom designed uniforms! They are very precise with their questions and make sure they have everything the way you want. The prices are fair, and the quality of the uniforms are great! I strongly recommend ordering from Healy! (Even though a residence shows up when you look them up on google maps! Lol) Overall Id give them an "A"!

Ordered jerseys for my whole team customized exactly how we wanted, the whole 9 yards; color,size,layout, name. At first I was skeptical about ordering from them, but they made and distributed the jerseys extremely fast, only took 1 week after I placed the order! The jersey pricing was very competitive and the quality is actually very nice, the numbers and lettering is stitched right on the jersey. Receptionist seemed a little lost when I called and made me feel hesitant about giving them my credit card information. All and all 5 stars, would recommend to my friends.

Trust this company when they promised to deliver our uniforms on time. Now they are claiming their machine broke and cant deliver on time. They conveniently waited until after I paid for production. You can reach anyone during the weekend. The factory is on over-seas time, so they dont respond during th day. Im not impressed at all!
