If I could give this place a negative 100 I would. I am visiting family and I remember these donuts from my child hood memories, so it was a must going to yum yum. I order 2 dozen donuts and I specifically wanted long John with Bavarian filling. I get home and there is no filling me and my family members were disappointed. So I called the location I explained to them what I wanted. So I went back up there and was told the donuts would be replaced or I could have my money back. She had taken my donuts I brought back up there to fill, instead of replacing with new. At this time the chocolate had all rubbed off. I expressed my concerns of what they had done. In the food industry you are not supposed to take food back that has exchanged hands. Due to them not listening to my concerns and the hassle of going back there I requested for my money back. An older man came around from the back to the front counter and slammed my refund on the counter. So much for customer service, because it is non existsistent. Now I am not speaking of all yum yum, just this particular location.

The food is good. But, my gosh! Does their costumer service need some work!!! Every time I have gone I have received costumer service that is OK they never have a smile on their face and dont really care about the costumer. Today, I walked in and asked for a turkey breast melt with avacado. And misunderstood it for turkey avacado. I said no, I want the turkey melt with just avacado and still did not understand. He then started to tell me that I never ordered the sandwich I described!!!! He stood there and argued with me for 5 minutes about how its not a Turkey melt, it is an x-treme Turkey melt! Are you kidding me!!!!????? He then took my friends order and gave her a free iced coffee because she was "nice" -_- what kind of costumer service is that!? I used to love this place on limonite but after this experience I do not think I will ever even smile driving by it. Ridiculous!!!

Do not fall for the up charges.ordered their tortas and although decent I cant believe they charged what they do for them. The problem gets worse when they recommend avacado and jalapeños. They charge 99 cents for avacodos but they dont even put a full slice instead they put teo sliver of avacado that are no larger than the size of a quarter. Then they charge you for a small plastic cup of jalapeños. For those prices you can just walk a few steps to the market next door and buy yourself a full avacado and can of jalapeños. I understand that places charge for avacado but at least they add a couple full slices of them. This place is probably paying wholesell for one avacado which would be about a dollar and making eight to ten dollars of profit in one. Really felt ripped off If they correct that blatant problem then they would get a higher score

Been there A FEW times. Service is great. the man who makes the melt (prettoy sure hes the owner) is such a sweetheart and he puts so much love into his work! gotta appreciate the little things.

Great donuts. Last time I bought doubts for my sons class I needed three dozen. I called the Manger and he had my donuts boxed up and ready for me when I arrived. He even gave me a free dozen.

Great friendly staff and fast service. Always feel welcome. Everything I have had so far is great but the bagel sandwiches are amazing.

They suck during the night because they dont make the bagel sandwhiches. Bagel sandwiches are hella good.
