Since the opening in Pleasant Hill, Total Wine has become my go-to store for for spirits. its like Disneyland for drinkers. the decor and layout is well-done, everyone who works there knows their stuff (or if they dont, they get someone who does quite quickly). the pricing is fabulous (which is supplemented even further by the $10 coupons in the mail). the selection is outstanding, sometimes bordering on "holy cow, there are that many?!" thought running through your head.

Huge craft beer selection, just be sure to check the dates on the single beers. I love the option to buy single beers, but it occasionally slows you down at checkout because they are frequently not properly labeled to be sold as singles so the cashier has to do a price check.

If I could live in one place when the world ends it would be this place. I always call Total Wine the Toys R Us for adults. A wonderful selection of EVERYTHING and the people that work there know their stuff. This places makes BevMo seem like Walmart.

This place was big and reminds me of bmo but better!! Huge selection of wines spirits and more and I mean huge. Unfortunately they didnt have the hard to find bourbon bottles that I was looking for but I would still return here.

This place has the best prices Ive ever seen on whiskey. For example Wild Turkey 101 only $29.99 for a 1.75 liter. Thats the regular price! At the time of this review. A gigantic selection of beer brands.

One of the best places in the bay for beer/wine. Massive selection at pretty good prices. They have a cigar room too if thats your thing. Only thing is the stock of some desired items was low/out.

Finally a good competitor to BevMo. They even list BevMos price on some items. Excellent beer selection, and they can "rapid-chill" any bottles that they dont keep cold.
