This place stole my laptop. I went there to pawn it and went back two months later and they said that they would not release it without the pawn ticket. It was clearly me with me Identification and after arguing and trying to reason and all of the crap they put me through they would not give it back to me. They said I was welcome to come back and buy it when it went on the floor for sale for full price. They are thieves and they only way to fight it would be to pay a bunch of money to an attorney!

October 30 2008: HAHA. I needed some extra money and decided to cash in a 1 oz Gold Eagle .. Since I am living in Pasadena I telephoned Pasadena Pawn Shop and asked what they would give me for the coin. A man said "around 500". HAHA. I hung up and called Bagrelow & Albarian (Burbank). They gave me 770. NO THANK YOU PASADENA PAWN SHOP!! Dont be high-jacked by PASADENA PAWN SHOP!!

They pay fair prices, and dont do any haggling. The guy took all the air out of my haggling game by just looking my instrument up on his computer and quoting me a first and final price. Dont bring consumer grade power tools. Theyre only interested in industrial grade tools. He wouldnt even look at my circular saw.

Excellent business! Ive been using Pasadena Pawnshop for over 2 years, The first time I came here was after I visited just about every other pawnshop in Pasadena. This guys were the only ones who asked me about my financial needs and worked with me. Its been like that ever since.
