I was in town for training this week and the instructor took us here for lunch. The first day I had the tri-tip sandwich. It was perfect! Came back again the same week, this time I had the smoked duck sandwich! Wow, maybe one of the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life! That same night we decided to grill at the hotel. Picked up some ribeye steaks and sausage. The sausage tasted great on the grill and the steak was awesome! The staff and owner were super friendly too. If you get a chance, check this place out! You wont be disappointed!

Stopped by yesterday in search of some good home made sausage. Was very surprised to see such a variety of different items. Amazing smoked smell in the air and very clean store. I bought two different types of sausage and they were both great. I live in Long Beach but I will definitely be back with my ice chest.

The best Boiling Bacon in town. I recently visited Ireland and learn that everybody there eats boiling bacon which is basically cured pork loin. Its the most delicious thing Ive ever had. Thank you
