とりあえず待ってるだけでオリジナルグレーズドのドーナツがもらえます。ドーナツを作っている過程も見れるので、見たことない人は必見！見るのも楽しいし、食べてもおいしい。言うことなしです。出来立て、あつあつのを食べるのがたまらない！出張でこの近所に来るたびに大人買いして食べてました。ホテルまでの帰りのクルマの中でも。ホテルの部屋でも。やべーレビュー書いてたら食いたくなってきたー

These donuts are at their best when hot -- so look for that neon sign broadcasting the recently made treats. While I can eat more than a half dozen in a sitting, I pay for the indulgence later. These arent "beefy" donuts, but rather are the melt-in-the-mouth treats that satisfy a sweet tooth craving. If you want something to really get your teeth into, this isnt the donut for you. And, theyre less satisfying as left-overs, out of the box. Though, a quick warm-up in the microwave for 7 seconds gets them closer to the original treat of a fresh made donut.

I went in with a cupon and the cashier did not wanted to accept it. She said that they were not getting any more cupons if they were not from groupon. I called the main corporation in front of them and they ended up accepting the cupon. The workers wore Philippines and started to talk in their language giving me dirty looks. The funny part of all is that they didnt want to accept my cupon because they did not know how to enter it on the computer lol. This place needs better costumer cervice. Mountain view California location.

Love it here and fast fast. Wifi, but the WiFi does not seem to work or will not connect. The place and the people are great. They even have a nice sound system outside, and its pleasant. Xfinity wifi is on tap, they have a garbage can outside. This may seem like an afterthought, but if you have kids, it is a real BONUS! ALways throwing away napkins, etc.. There is also outdoor seating. They do have some inisex bathrooms with kid sized toilets as well!. Very family friendly.

Hi, I live in the South Bay and get my donuts from the Santa Clara store. Image these are baked in Mountain View then sit in a truck and eventually get decorated at the store. THE DONUTS ARE ALWAYS STALE........Please try your donuts. Delivering the Donuts more frequently might be a good idea or not selling old stock........ just a mess. Everyone should drive to the Mountain View store for fresh donuts......The Santa Clara Krispy Kreme does not do any backing.....ugh!!!!

the server at the counter was just not interested in serving us. We asked for some water and the server made so many faces and acted as if we were crazy for askingfor some water. I had some friends from Phoenix and they were just aghast at the lack of customer service at this place. the donuts were great as usual but the unfriendliness of the staff here is just not inviting.

Meh, I dont get the hype. The original glazed ones are tasty when hot, but all the others just too sweet and pretty much indistinguishable from each other. The "chocolate" ones have absolutely not a hint of real chocolate flavor. 4 stars for the original glazed. 2 stars for all the others 3 stars for the service because its, well, serviceable but not exceptional.

Its Krispy Kreme so that means fried bread with icing. The staff are nice and I tend to go in the morning if I want to pick up a box for the office so that the donuts are nice and fresh. The location is very clean and well maintained with easy access to the 101 to get back on the road.

Visited during off peak hours and didnt have a good experience. Service was slow even though there werent many people. Staff wasnt friendly. Some of the donuts in our dozen werent what we ordered. Their register wasnt processing credit cards and they didnt know how to proceed.

Coffee and Donuts! Whats not to like? They let you see the chocolatey, creamy, glazed goodness.. Restrooms, outdoor seating, and newspapers outside for reading = a good afternoon. Remember to use the Groupon coupon. You will be a hit at the office

7.53pm Went there today and the woman behind the counter took my order, put the wrong doughnuts inside, then short changed me a dollar. Since there was a line, and the way she looked at me, I knew there was something wrong. Yep! Jerk!

Krispy Kreme as a franchise is delicious and addictive. This location is middle of the road as these locations go. They seem to get orders wrong frequently, but are always quick to correct the issue and make it right.

Staff is usually friendly and it is very cool to watch the fresh doughnuts being made. New remodel looks great! Much more comfortable to spend a few minutes getting a treat it even sit with a coffee and do some work.

The doughnuts were fresh and amazingly good. The service was very friendly, and it made me miss having a Krispy Kreme in Tucson. I suggest getting the mini doughnuts; you dont feel AS guilty when you eat "too many".

This is a great place to take the kids to. They end up mesmerized for ever (along with the wife) just watching the donuts being made. Plus their selection and availability of fresh hots is awesome!

These donuts are amazing. As a Canadian I sometimes need that Tim Hortons substitute and this place fills that niche quite nicely. A bit expensive, but definitely worth it.
