Every time my wife and I go here, their produce is either has mold on them or its Rotten!! I do not recommend this place at all! Thought they had fix this issue when I raised it nearly four years ago... I move back and see they are repeating their same practice. Their employees dont care about the quality of their produce either. I spoke to an employee and asked them how often they look through their produce and he said he once a day, in the morning,which is ridiculous. Even if they had only went through it once a day, they should have found something that appears to be molding for several days. I then tried to show him the issue and he wasnt even trying to see it or fix the issue and just looked at me waiting for me to leave. When another employee came up to find out what was going on, I let her know while he was there and he laughed at me like it was funny or something to have moldy food on the floor. After finally speaking to the manager, she let me know that this is unacceptable behavior and that the produce gets check several times a day. If it does or not, I am not sure because this is the third time within three weeks that my wife and I found either mold or rotten food. We will not be going her any longer. I will drive the extra way to Whole Foods where they have a much larger selection and food that is cared about by their employees.

I have patronized/been a customer from day one! Although much of the original staff is gone now, there seems to be an effort to maintain friendly, helpful and informative employees. I am disabled and often too fatigued to reach and lift. To date I have never felt like a nuisance. I appreciate the non-gmo labeling increasing, the bakery has some of the best tarts (keylime and lemon) and I overindulged with three!!! in one day, oh my. Love those sales and double sale day wednesday and organic coffee.

Pricing for quality organics bordering gouging customers, some if which are quite snobby and rude. News flash: level ground at the cross. If a man or woman, in uniform, comes in at lunch time, please let him or her go first. We only get 30 no minutes and running ahead at the sandwich counter doesnt make u more important snobby, rich lady. I mean really? Are you that special? Not going back for lunch again. And the counter help didnt even offer to start my sandwich! Sorry, bad day.

EBT- I was very excited to shop at sprouts when i heard they accepted EBT but it turned out that the system was down so i had to pay cash. The store is great and has the best selection in health foods in the Modesto area so i returned a second time. It was extremely unhappy to hear AGAIN that the EBT system was down. Even though i asked the cashier if they accepted EBT food and she said yes she didnt let me know that the system had been malfunctioning earlier this morning

The seafood department needs help. My wife and I just got back from there. We were going to get salmon but there was a hair on the first one so we switched. We ended up getting Mahi Mahi. I asked the guy helping us if he could skin it and he said yes. So he went to the back and did it. Well we just got home only to find that he left half our piece of fish on the skin. So now we paid good money for half a piece of fish. Honestly this is such a joke.

I love sprouts! Their produce is some of the best in town and they always have great prices on it. Their meat department is good and they have a nice selection of free range chicken. I like the demi-baked goods they sell, made with only 4 ingredients and no preservatives. If youre looking for a hard to find health food item, you can probably get it here.

50/50 atmosphere! Pros: Good prices, herbs, vitamins, food. Cons: Slow service at checkout, Employees seem to be too harsh (Gang Attitude) , talking openly about guns. This is supposed to be a HEALTH FOOD store where the food make you feel good, not a place for haughty attitudes towards customers.

I think Sprouts should decide whether they are a health food store or a regular store. I also think they should offer Gluten free foods at a reasonable price like Trader Joes. There prices are to high. I will not be returning to the store. I cant afford to shop there. :(

Shout out to the meat department! The butchers are friendly, dependable, knowledgeable...the BEST! Our Fathers Day dinner was awesome because of that perfectly remarkable 6lb. roast!!! Thanks so much for the special attention to detail...you guys are the Greatest!! XO

I like the store not so much the cashiers. I go there for my sons supplements, some staff is knowledgeable about vitamins. I know the store supports autism awareness, I just wish that the people who work there would.

I love this store. They have specialty items and when they have items in the ad, the prices are great. Wednesday is double ad day and you can shop from the previous weeks ad and the current weeks ad.

A lil pricey but serves its niche well. The hidden gem here are the sandwiches made in the deli. Grabbed a garden veggie sandwich with tapenade and hummus. Holy moly--it was life changing!

Sprouts always has the freshest produce always!!! I love their weekly sales. And the by the pound items are wonderful. Once I discovered Sprouts, its my go to place for produce!

Double AD Wednesday! Best produce prices in town! Great best selection of Gluten Free, bulk bins. They arent cheap, because they offer you higher quality everything.
