Great Stihl shop, good customer service. I buy stuff here because I know theyll back it up with in house repairs, etc. Ace has a bad website (it let me order a tractor they cant actually send me in CA), but the people here make up for it and more.

Inventory of the particular item I wanted showed 3 on hand at this location "Ready for pick up today." I drive over there and I am told they dont even carry the item at this location. Unprofessional and disappointing.
