Servers are slow and clueless. Maybe 1 out of 5 are good. Order (way over priced) food and it takes 40 minutes to get it. Cold and soggy fries, rock hard cold chicken fingers, pizza soggy and tasteless, soda had to be returned since they were out of syrup and the server took a good 15 minutes to do that. Security is a joke at best. They hang out in the bar chatting with other employees and no one is walking perimeter. Friends bicycle was stolen from right in front while locked to bike rack. Fights all the time, bathrooms reek of urine and feces. Serves so slow that bowlers tire of waiting so go to bar or snack bar & snack bar is so slow the line backs up to where league bowlers just give up and walk away angry. New owners I think and seems that they either dont care or dont know. Lots of league bowlers talking about walking away. They are tired of the service and many arguments with security.

NEW MANAGEMENT! This place has really revamped their service. Theyve got New TV Flat Screens and a New Sound System. Even the arcade has been revamped and had prizes like an XBOX 360! I was really surprised that when I had mentioned to the cashier that my lil nephew got to many gutter balls the last game she gave me a free game with gutter guards for the lil guy! I will definitely go there again.

Its not that i hated. it said they closed at 1200 and they closed at 1000 as we were standing in line i watched the time change on my phone and then herd the lady say were going to have to stay open till 1100 but they closed at 1000 anyway i wish they would of changed it Earler i would of gone. Else wear. Anyways had a great time lanes were abit challenging good priceing nice people

Called the place up for some basic information. The person who answered me sounded like she didnt really care to try and help me, nor did she even try to see if someone else could help. The funny thing is, all I was trying to figure out when the place is the least busiest on a Saturday so that I can figure out when to go. Not good.

Clean and worth the drive out of Stockton. Parents should be allowed to let older kids get lighter ball behind counter...dont punish all for others bad behavior. Some kids have chronic pain issues. Try to make sense of why the rule exists...make exceptions

This is a fun place for the whole family. With an arcade, food and bowling along with a restaurant/ bar all under one roof. Staff is attentive and friendly. Place is clean and organized. Prices are very reasonable.

My kids were having a blast until one of the rude idiot crackhead employees decide to yell at my nephew. Freakin idiot you dont speak to kids that way!! I would not ever take my kids there again.
