Quiero agradecer a todas las personas que trabajaron ahi y que siempre se portaron muy amable conmigo y mi esposa. Ahora que cierran y despues de tantos anos , me da tristeza porque es una de las mejores thrift store que yo he conosido tanto por las cosas , como por las personas que ahi trabajan como Gaby, Monze, Angie,las Erikas, Hernestina, dona Olga, Armenia, Eva, dona Mary, Dulce, en fin todas. Cuidense! Attn Gaby y Joel. I want to thank everyone who worked there and always behaved very kind to me and my wife. Now that the store will close and after so many years, Im sad because it is one of the best thrift store Ive known, both for the things and for people who work there as Gaby, Monze, Angie, the Erika, Hernestina, dona Olga , Armenia, Eva, dona Mary, Dulce, finally all. Sadly, there was a sign in the store today, (2/14/11) saying that this would be there last week and Saturday (19th) will be the last day that they will be open. I have no idea why they will be closing. Each and every time I go there the place is busy with tons of customers and they (and me) seem to have a basket full of goods. Its very sad for me to lose this thrift store. I go mainly for the great book selection but scour the store for great bargains. My 13-year old granddaughter actually cried when she heard this news of the store closing...she (we) love going there so much. Please`let this be temporary and let them open up another store!

The only bad thing was the AC wasnt working enough and we were there a long time searching for goodies. They have a lot of things and the prices are better than Goodwill, who takes advantage of people looking for cheap stuff. They have all sorts of things from paintings, books, kitchen stuff, lots of clothes, toys, glasswares, holiday decorations, gift wrap, jewelry, purses, bags, backpacks, swimsuits, baby stuff, holiday cards, office supplies, sooo much stuff. And knowing youre helping veterans is awesome! They also have sales on certain colored tags on certain days. Love it here...cant wait to go again.

I love this place. Great deals. I Always find something there and more. I go for a dress and leave with Christmas things, shoes, pants, sofa bed and 5 dresses. My only problem. NO DRESSING ROOMS. There are some clothes I have to leave because I dont know if they will fit or fit right. I wear tight clothing if I know Im going. I dont care to try over my clothes. But sometimes I just stop by from work and since all sales are final with a dressing room Id leave with more bought clothes. Im glad they got their debit machine because they only took cash before. I dont carry $100 but my ATM card does.

Love that Am Vets contributes to our troops in more than one way. It feels great that we contribute as well by making our purchases count towards that. Great finds...daily discounts for vets and on certain days seniors, teachers and students. Patiently waiting to see when you organize clothing by size. Making it easier for customers to find what they are looking for in less time. Also waiting for that Rewards program to come back. Thanks Am Vets!

Everything is very affordable and they always have great colored tag sales. I find myself paying $2 for a hoodie and things like that. I also really appreciate how they have isles for plus sized womens clothing. They also have a rewards system, which is pretty cool. Its somewhere like you spend $100 you get $10 back, but I hear theyre revamping it by the end of June. Overall, its probably the best thrift store Ive ever been to.

Terrible! We were moving and had a garage full of items in great condition. We took the time to make sure everything was clean, wrapped so they wouldnt break etc and called to arrange a pick up. They never showed. I called a couple days later and the woman said she would have someone call me back the next day to schedule another pick up. I never got a call back. Dont waste your time with this organization.

This is really a pretty large store, considering it is a thrift store ! They have daily DOLLAR DEALS !! They offer all sorts of merchandise from casual to collectibles, and everything in between ! Whatever it is you need, they most likely have it or maybe even a better substitute ! Great prices !!! You cant go wrong with this shop ! Plus, your helping out our American Veterans !

To be Honest, The items are nice. But I think they forget that they are Thrift store, Sometimes they sell items that are even over the retail or even still the same price, when the item is used, or newish. The Community would be much happier if they made this difference. As well as payed the workers there a little more, they work as if their dignity was Robbed.

I love this thrift store!! Ive found quality work shirts that would have cost me $30 at the mall but only paid $3. I have also gotten other name brands like J.Crew and Abercrombie. If youre willing to spend the time, you can find some nice treasures.

For a thrift store I am impressed at how organized and clean this place always is. Maybe I respect that more since I am a veteran and hold a place dedicated to helping vets to higher standard. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly

Take a lot of stuff there to donate since I want to support the vets. Have noticed lately that theres a lot of merchandise left outside that they just dont have time/people to go thru it all. A shame, as theres probably money to be made out there

This store is awesome! However they close at 6 not 7. And the day i went they didnt have AC so be prepared for a warm visit :) the trade off is amazing though. On weekends they slash prices storewide from 40-80% off EVERYTHING in the store.

amvets has helped me so much to stock my non profit with good furniture to help teach in tijuana mexico and help out with famlies in need. lots of kids stuff we can give away for kids with nothing to play with. thanks amvets!

I notice a lot of the prices now are up for a lot of items that you can find at some of the other thrift stores for less. Im disappointed that some of the items thats not in good condition are overpriced. * veterans

This is one of the better thrift stores. You can always find amazing things here at this particular thrift store. And you just cannot beat the prices for their merchandise. And they sell more than just clothes.

I stop by regularly to find toys for my grandchildren. I love the Senior discount on Wednesdays. The staff is pleasant and keep the store neat and clean which makes for a great shopping experience.

I am a big fan of this thrift store. I found the soundtrack to Home Alone, a baby gate, a sweet leather elbow corderoy blazer and several clothing items that looked like they were brand new.
