Pretty high premium and they shipped it to someone else in a different building. Paid for a same day delivery but never got news of the delivery. Only after calling the recipients (surprise!) and calling Bloomers back that they said the delivery is already made (they left it on the floor somewhere) but the recipients didnt receive it. After telling them that the flowers are nowhere to be found and that the recipients looked all over the place (best way to gift someone), they were thoroughly unapologetic and not very helpful. They simply said we dotted our is and crossed our ts to the tone of we left the flowers somewhere, if you cant find it its your problem. It took repeated guesses between me and the recipients (oh and btw happy birthday) to hypothesize that they probably went to the building down the street and the recipient had to sneak in the other apartment building to find the flowers in front of someone elses door. Definitely the best way to impress someone.

Today is my one year anniversary with my boyfriend and, being the major procrastinator that I am, I waited until JUST NOW to place an order of my boyfriends favorite flowers - lillies - to be sent to here. I spoke with Melissa who was the only one of four different La Jolla flower shops to not give me attitude about delivering to the UCSD campus. She was very sweet, even about doing a same-day delivery, and volunteered herself to make the delivery. She made my very first flower-buying an amazing one, despite the negative first three phone calls. I highly recommend Bloomers of La Jolla to anyone and everyone - especially those of use who have a tendency to order last minute :] THANK YOU, AGAIN, MELISSA!

Kristen and Bloomers did an amazing job for my summer wedding! They made sure every detail was perfect and really listened to the color scheme I was going for. The planning process was easy, before signing the contract Kristen must have created 5 edited versions to the budget so that we could get the cost down. She gave us different options on how to get the cost down and let us choose what we wanted to do. She took the time to even "spray" paint some hydrangeas purple so that we could see how the color would turn out. And my absolute favorite part was my beautiful spray rose hair piece. It was the perfect thing to replace my veil for the ceremony! We would recommend Bloomers to any bride and groom!

Kristen of Bloomers and her staff did an extraordinary job with the flowers for our daughters La Jolla wedding! She was welcoming in her shop, responsive on the phone and via email, and the arrangements, bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres were fresh and beautiful. We traveled to La Jolla from Boston and arrived in the middle of a record breaking heat wave. Kristen and her staff scurried to help us move the planned indoor ceremony outdoors to the garden. They transformed the planned mantle arrangement to a gorgeous arbor arrangement. My daughter was so happy with the garden arrangements and she and her bridesmaids adored their bouquets. We highly recommend Kristen and Bloomers of La Jolla.

We used Bloomers for my sons wedding 3 weeks ago. They were wonderful! The flowers were beautiful, and the arrangements are so fresh that they still look great 3 weeks later. I cannot say enough about the florists. These people love what they do and are great at it! The designer came to the venue, organized all those beautiful flower arrangements and dropped off all the correct bouquets without a hitch. She is warm, caring and such a nice person to work with for all the family members. We are so grateful to Bloomers for their wonderful touch to a beautiful wedding.
