By far the worst florist and customer service on Gods green earth. We pre-ordered daisies for my daughters first birthday, 50 dollars worth. The flowers were half dead and the petals were falling off by the time we got them to the party less than a half mile away. When we went to take the flowers back to get either new flowers that werent dying or our money back they refused. They insisted they were fine and said they were fresh. We then came to find out as we persisted to get our money back that they picked the flowers 3 days before we were to pick them up and still they said they were "fresh". They continued to be rude to my wife and tell her if she wasnt satisfied then she shouldnt have left the store to begin with. I dont know about you but if you are in a hurry with a baby in the car and all you are buying is simple daisies you may not be looking at them all that close. The owners of the store rudely began to talk to each other in Korean and then proceeded to tell us we were in the wrong. We called the Sherrifs dept. to file a report against this awful place. Needless to say we were extremely upset and outraged with the way we were being treated, whatever happened to the customer is always right. We told them we would write reviews to steer others away from them and they said no body reads reviews and who cares what you think. These horrible people should not be allowed to be in business anymore. I am not a hateful person and if I did not have a full time job I would be sitting outside their store telling as many people as possible that were coming there to go somewhere else because this place does not deserve the money of hard working people seeing as they obviously do not work hard themselves. If you have a choice DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COST. Flowers at a grocery store are way better then this dump of florist.

Do not use this florist. Please, find another one in La Crescenta to meet your needs. Dealing with them was seriously, and I mean this, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought flowers from them for an event. When I brought them home the morning of the party I noticed they were wilted, discolored and the petals were bent. I tried to take them back and get my money back. After all, I went with a florist and spent the extra money so I could have high quality flowers for the party, which these were most definitely not. They were so rude, insulting, and unprofessional, by the time I left, without my money I was in tears. When I asked them if the money was really worth a bad review on line, their response was, “Who cares, nobody reads the reviews.” Well, I guess you are nobody to them already. By the way, I went to Ralphs and got better looking flowers. When I shared at the party what had happened with them, I found that others had experienced horrible situations with them as well. Wow! How this place stays open I do not understand.

Well, they had the carnations I was looking everywhere for for my kids science project. But I am not a fan of employees eating where a customer can see and the Mom & Pop that own this place were obviously enjoying their breakfast before I came in and interrupted to ask about flowers. I agree with these other reviewers advice ... go somewhere else ....

By far, the worst customer service establishment in the entire La Crescenta valley. They dont attend to you whatsoever when you walk in. One person just stares at you and the other just busies herself with other things and not tending to your needs. Its a mom and pop store with no sense of decent service to you as a customer.
