I found this store right after my family and i moved from north dakota to California and i wanted to see what it offered for sewing supplies. Was i surprised with the variety they had to offer!! They not only have a huge variety of beautiful fabrics from the best designers and its was all organized so it was super easy to find the fabric you need, but they also have a huge wall of sewing patterns and buttons and zippers and all kinds of different sewing utilities that you could possibly need to finish your projects. I just loved the variety of things they had for not only expert sewers but for anyone who wants to get into sewing. They have sewing machines and sergers for sale as well and when i was there i saw a lady showing somwone how to use the sewing machine which i thought was super sweet because we all may not have a sewing friend we can run questions by so they just offer help with everything. And on top of it all the staff ladies were very sweet and engaging with my questions i had and just made me feel right at home. Thank you so much for you help i will be back for more fabric and questions lol.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Do not bring any of your machines into this shop for repair! When I dropped my machine off for repair I had asked to be called with an estimate before any work was done. Several weeks went by with no word from SewNSew. So I called back to check on my machine and no one could tell me anything regarding it! The person that does the repairs was not in and no one could say when he might be in. The owner of the store was also not in and since none of the sales people have any authority to help me get the most rudimentary questions answered, I left my number again. Still no one called me back. More weeks went by and I called again and received the same treatment, no one in a position of authority was there, no one could give me an estimate, no one could say if my machine was even at the store! This drama continued with more calls and more frustration until I went back, paid for a repair that I didnt authorize and picked up my machine. Please do not patronize a business that does not empower their employees to help their customers.

This store is amazing. The owner is a lovely person, and is always on the ball to help customers! I have never felt more WELCOME and they do NOT use high pressure sales tactics like some OTHER sewing center in town. Even when all I could afford was my little Brother 1034d serger, this staff treated me like I had spent a million dollars. That attitude and their terrific customer service is the reason I went to their store to drop the big bucks on my new machine! I *highly* recommend this store.

I absolutely adore this shop. The classes that are available are wonderful. I have taken several serger classes (the teacher is so patient) and also a beginning quilting class (Pat is so funny and very, very patient). Even though it is a drive for me, I will continue to participate in classes and make many, many purchases at the Sew N Sew. The quality of their fabrics and the assortment is wonderful. Shelly and Sheila and the rest of the girls are so helpful.

I love this quilt shop. Tons of fabric to choose from, lots of different styles, every color youll need, best prices compared to other similar stores and lots of sewing machines to drool over. There are a lot of fun crafty patterns available to inspire a person into making other things besides quilts. I alway find one or 2 quilt samples hanging in the store that I end up making myself.

How lucky we are to have such a terrific new quilt shop in Glendora. Service here is A+. The staff is friendly, lots of great fabrics and many classes to choose from. This store actually ordered fabric I needed for a dinosaur quilt. They purchased the bolts, and I got to have the first cut for my project. Cant say enought good things about them. June R,

Drove for 45 minutes to visit store after verifying hours on website. We were greeted with a closed sign with no reason why. Notice about closure on web buried under class calendar. Call before you get in the car. Found another quilt shop and a woman there said that the same thing happened to her the day before.
