Wish we could give negative stars here. I purchased an herbal vaporizer from them, spending over $100. When I got home I discovered that not only did the box not include any of the accessories listed on it, they had given me the incorrect whip portion, making the vaporizer unusable. I went back the next day to try to rectify the situation, and the woman (who claimed to be the owner but I truly believe she was lying given the big pause when I asked if I could speak to the owner) first of all kept helping everyone else who came into the store, leaving me standing there again and again. She tried to blame the mistake on the vaporizer company, then spent a huge amount of time insisting that it would work, but when I asked her to show me how she would say "oh, it wont work" and then less than a minute later would tell me to just "take it home and try it". She did not want to be bothered with fixing their mistake, didnt know anything about the products, and refused to refund my money because they have an "all sales final" policy. However, it is fraudulent to give someone a product that is not what they paid for and refuse to refund their money. She tried to get me to "exchange" it for something more expensive and pay the $40 difference. This is also fraudulent and illegal and called bait and switch. In the end I had to just dispute the charge with my credit card company. Ill try to relate my favorite part of the conversation, though it mostly consisted of the "saleswoman" repeating herself and contradicting herself. Id taken my laptop in with a page open to the manufacturers website showing all of the things that should have been included with the product, including the correct whip, so that there could be no mistake about what the product should be. She kept telling me "You cant compare it to the Internet", but couldnt or wouldnt understand that i wasnt comparing it to anything, but trying to show her what the product should have been. She then told me that the product was discontinued (a lie), thats shed bought the last seven cases (a lie) and that the one Id purchased was the last one. When i showed her that I could easily purchase one on the Internet, so it hadnt been discontinued, she once again repeated "You cant compare it to the Internet". When I again tried to explain to her that the product didnt have the correct parts and showed her AGAIN what the manufacturer showed as being the correct parts, she told me that the reason Id gotten it so "cheap" was because the parts were different, and "you cant compare to the Internet". I explained that first of all, when I purchased it no one told me that the parts were different, which is fraud (and they also didnt know anything about the parts, so this was simply a lie) and also it wasnt cheaper because of the wrong parts. She said "Yes, if you got this on the internet youd pay $130 or $140." (I paid $100 plus tax.) I showed her the manufacturers webpage selling the product with all of the correct parts for $85. Her reply? "Well you cant compare to the Internet." Didnt you just tell me that Id pay $130 or $140 on the Internet? She just didnt know what she was talking about and made up lies to try to get out of the fact that they gave me something different than the product Id paid for without telling me, and the product was unusable. She kept pointing to a sign that said "all sales final". Thats fine, but its still a business legal obligation to give you the product you paid for, and if they cant do that to refund your money. Anything else is fraud. Avoid this place. Maybe its fine if you just want a pack of smokes, but for anything else they are overpriced, rude, ignorant, and apparently also liars and frauds.

I bought my smokes here for years....they had great prices. Recently, I started to roll my own and I had purchased a great amount of tobacco and supplies from them. The day I went in they were busy and a new sales person had come on. They had given my supplies and I had hurried out the door. The next day, I realized they had given me the wrong tubes. I went back to exchange them and was told, by a very "snippy" salesman that they had a no exchange policy. I had told them he made the mistake in giving me the wrong tubes, and I just wanted to exchange the box. He again pointed to the sign, rolled his eyes and said I was out of luck. Know, this is only a small amount of money we are talking about here...both sides. But his attitude was way out of line. I told him that, and he just pointed to the sign and smiled. The power he felt he had...amazing. Truth be told, if you want to have great customer service (which there is no excuse not to) head down the road to the CIG Zone...in the Best Buy shopping center. I have recently discovered those guys. Pretty cool, easy going and they actually took the tubes from the other place and exchanged them . They didnt care. Plus, the Cig Zone has parking right up front...in and out and seconds. Good luck if you go to Halaby. I rarely right reviews, since I feel most people are just venting. But, when it comes to free commerce, customer service, and your money. Spend it wisely and get something back for it. A side note; They were selling a cigarette injecting machine for $70, that Cig Zone had for $30....dude please.

I was shocked being told what to do .... but I wont ever come there ever again! Hopefully they can help there declining customers fast

Do not buy cigars from this place. Im a photographer and I purchased a cigar for a photoshoot and it was so dry it started falling apart as soon as we lit it. Now I have to fix it in photoshop. They have no concept of storing cigars properly in a humidor.

I called up Halaby to see if they had certain items in stock. They were not only rude but they kept insisting on offering me items i didnt want and did not listen to a word i said. Good thing i called before i wasted my time driving over there.

Name is misleading. Like most smoke shops, they cater to the marijuana smoker and not cigar smokers
