I payed 10 bucks for a vape battery that lasted 6 hits and fully charged within 10 min. I asked for a refund or exchange and all he could say was " we have no policy but we can look at it to see whats wrong or if you buy another one we can give you a good deal" which means in other words we sold you a knock off battery will give you another one for half price dont bother coming here this place is only good for cigarettes and to tell you the truth I could barely understand what he was saying smh
