Horrible experience visiting this location. Went to get sample colors yesterday for an upcoming paint job of my home & upon entering, the manager & another associate just looked & stared. I asked to speak with a color consultant (who was the complete opposite- friendly, welcoming). We spoke & made a color selection that DE doesnt suggest. Asked why no exterior yellows because Id seen it on another home. Consultant explained about fading & I asked about another coloring process. Uncertain, she enlisted the help of the sales manager who then walked past us to the color wall to show the consultant other samples but, never addressed us to share the other process. Consultant came back & Googled it & found that the color may have been mixed in the stucco of the home I saw. No, store was not crowded. Yes, we were paying serious customers. Just felt as if he dismissed us. Poor quality customer service on his part. Will purchase DE products, not from this location.

If they had a zero I would give them a zero this place sucks the black older people front desk work very slow seems like they have a problem when helping Hispanics they move super slow they type slow this place needs fast workers I rather get my paint else were with this horrible service they offer makes me want to cancel my acct with them

The most horrible desk service in this store , those guys on sale desk they wasting time talking with other coworkers , they waste time looking for the products they dont really care about the contractors time .

To f***** slow they take 1 hour to make a 5 gallon mix on their own colors they need more people to work there because it seems that there is way to many "managers" there
