I went in to try to sell some old music equipment each item of a hundred dollar value (used). Everything worked but they didnt want it. I didnt mind but it was the rude customer service that set me off. The heavy lady with the short hair had an attitude and didnt even say hi or thanks for coming in, just glared at me as I left. I would never get away with that sort of attitude at my work.

Dont go here!!!!!!!!!!I would put less stars if possible simply went there for a small loan and walked out after The large lady behind the glass immediately had an attitude for no reason. Went to Pico Union pawnshop and got what I needed and wasnt treated like dirt. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE I brought in a few things, they gave me a pretty good amount for me stuff. Cant complaint about it, its weird that these people leave bad feedback. Like what are you guys taking JUNK lol I will do business with them again. THANKS GUYS

Dont go there, bad treatment, worst prices in Culver city... Dont waste your time, I tried to sell a gold chain which his value is 540$ and they offer me just 320$

If you want to sell your gold, they give one of the highest values around town. For pawn they are very fair and fast!
